Very well done! Perfect for the beginning baker as well as the seasoned chef. I appreciated the lovely pictures, explanations and variations for each recipe. Definitely will add to my cookbook library.

All bakers will love this one. It's beautiful and the recipes are easy to follow. The section of recipes for just one dozen cookies will be great for those cooking for one or two.

First, this book is beautifully put together, from the photos to the layout. Second, I want to make (and eat) literally every recipe in here, which is not the norm for me. I've used the cold butter method in the past and love how she explains it here. Excellent cookbook, must buy!

A simple, but exciting book that takes baking back to the basics and doesn't seem overwhelming. Rucker not only has some really good recipes but also goes out of her way to make them easy to follow and build on. Whether you are a seasoned baker or just starting to learn, this is a great book to have in your collection.

Could not open document. Hoping to view this in the future. I always crave cookbooks that are easy to use and unpretentious.

This baking cookbook is a delight. I was salivating over the recipes and pictures including the vegan ones which is harder to do. I will be using this cookbook for years.

Beautiful photographs of delicious bakes. Fat + Flour is full of classic bakes as well as lots of more unusual ideas which are still doable with accessible ingredients.
