I loved looking at these recipes from Ethiopia with the added Jewish culture. It looks and sounds wonderful and I can't wait to try out some recipes.

This is a beautifully written and photographed cookbook worthy of the highest praise. I intend to cook as many of these recipes as possible. From the collard greens and cabbage stew reminiscent of my African American roots to the various Ethiopian wat and injera flavors I've learned to love from my community in the past few years. I am excited to get cooking with this one!
