I love these excerpt collections! This is a great compilation of romance excerpts organized by genre (contemporary/paranormal/etc). Lots of fun new romances coming soon!
Thanks Publishers Lunch and NetGalley!
Firebird by Juliette Cross
The excerpt for Firebird was glorious. It had me even more excited than I already was to get my hands on this book. I can already tell I will love this world and it's characters. The scenes were intense and I loved the imagery and glimpses of the world I got. I can't wait to see what happens next. I'm so ready to dive headfirst into this book and series.
I always love these collections of upcoming romances. I find books that I'd like to read more of and I am more aware of what new books I will need to purchase for my library.
This was a really nice preview of upcoming books. Enough to get you invested and want to dive in more.
I love Buzz Books titles. They offer a terrific way to build reading lists. This edition features romance books.
This sampler is organized by type of romance; note that there are many. These categories include Contemporary, Paranormal, Post Apocalyptic, Regency, Rom-Com, Romantasy, Sci-Fi, and Sports. There is an additional section that sorts the books by age category.
For each featured book, there are a summary, a substantial excerpt, information on the author, basic book information (for example, price and pub date), and promotional information. Just a few of the authors included are Jasmine Guillory, Mia Sheridan and Sabrina Jeffries.
This title is worth a look. It will be welcomed by its target audience and may inspire some new readers to try the genre.
Many thanks to NetGalley and Publishers Lunch-Buzz Books for this title. All opinions are my own.
I just got this collection and I devoured it. Possibly the best one so far, if I'm honest. I think the categorization by subgenres was a brilliant idea, that way you can jump to the subgenre you enjoy the most. i cannot wait for some of these books to be out.
I love this so much! I can’t wait to read most of these books in the coming months!!
Especially First Time Caller by BK Borison 🫶🏻

There are some really interesting books coming up for the last part of the year, and I'm excited to request a few of the ones that caught my eye!
There do seem to be quite a lot that are YA on the list, if that is your interest.

I always love these samplers! They are such a great way to find out what future books I will want to read and request. As always, this sampler provides a variety of titles in the romance genre. I am most looking forward to reading the books by Clare Osongco and Chad Beguelin.
I love these Buzz Books. However, I did expect much more in this catalog and not excerpts from a few books. I did find a few books to add to my to be read list at least.
I love it when the Buzz Books get posted on NetGalley. I am a HUGE BK Borison and Mia Sheridan fan, so I was thrilled to see that they were included. I am also a fan of KL Walther.
I am looking forward to all three of these books. I need First-Time Caller like NOW, I don't know how I will wait.
I've found some new reads that I can't wait to dive into! There is a little something for almost everyone covered, which is very cool.
Such a great sneak peek of so many romances coming out in the winter books season. Added a bunch to my TBR.
I look forward to these samplers every year! They always help me narrow down my wish list of titles and discover new-to-me authors.
Great overview of a ton of upcoming releases. I found some new authors/titles that were new to me and I will explore in the future! There is a good spread of sub genres and the links to request full galleys of the sampled books was super helpful! This definitely exposed me to books that I would not have known about otherwise. I love these overviews and will look for them in the future.
