Thank you to Publishers Lunch and NetGalley for sharing Buzz Books 2024 Romance edition. I personally find the Buzz Books guides extremely helpful when looking for new authors, titles, genres, that I wouldn’t have otherwise seen. I do read most if not all of the included book excerpts. This time I was surprised by My Funny Demon Valentine, it’s not a genre I would usually go for but loved the excerpt and requested the ARC for review. These guides have helped me discover many different types of books!

I really enjoyed these little sneak peeks. This was an easy way to discover new authors and decide if you like their reading style enough to want to read more. I will definitely be checking out more by some of these authors.

This was my first time reading a sample book set up like this. The idea of it is excellent as you’re able to read a few chapters of each book before buying it. It introduced me to some new authors as well. Many of the books weren’t my style though as I’m not into Romantasy or paranormal. My favorite was the one by Jasmine Gullory as I’m familiar with her work. I’m looking forward to that one. Thank you NetGalley, the publisher & of course the author for gifting me this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Great and helpful preview of the Romance books coming up for this fall and winter. I picked at least 20 books out that I'll keep an eye on. I like the exceprts and descriptions included.

Great introduction! This is a very insightful book and I would suggest it to anyone. Helps to learn of what books may be of interest to you in searching for the books to come out or recently released.

I really appreciate the summaries of new books that are in Buzz Books. I like that you can link to netgalley as well. There are a lot of books to choose from and this really helps narrow the list of want to reads!

Romance is so hot right now it’s hard to keep up but I’m also loving what’s coming soon!!! So many good books and series headed to book stores and kindles!!

I'm so glad this collection was assembled. It was so great to read excerpts of so many upcoming books. It was very well organized by genre and all of the key information for each book was clearly visible (title, author, publication date, etc.). I'm looking forward to more of these so I can keep an eye out for new releases that I'm likely to enjoy because I got a chance to read the excerpt!

Another set of excerpts, a great way to learn even more about a book before requesting the whole book to read.
I've found a couple of titles I'd like to read after discovering them in this sampler.

This was a fun way to see what's coming out in Romance by some of my favorite authors and some that are new to me!

Enjoyed finding new authors that I have wanted to read books by and being able to see their writing style and if I like it or not before actually purchasing the entire book is amazing.
This version has books by various authors and its little snippets of different books and if the vibe is for you then you will be making a purchase this upcoming year.
Authors I can't wait to release books are: Jasmine Guillory, Kimberly Learning, Mia Sheridan and Deanna Raison.

Why do I have to review this? It’s just samples! This is silly, NetGalley! Overall, I love this app but I wish there were a way to return something you don’t like. I don’t like giving negative feedback.

This was a lovely peek at a variety of upcoming romance releases. I was able to read snippets from a few selections I am looking forward to and some that I had no clue even existed. I do wish that there were a few more popular upcoming releases in this book. But overall, I was happy to read this.

This was a great way to read samples from books I am already anticipating and from authors and genres I haven’t read before and usually wouldn’t pick up! Looking forward to reading some of these books!

Previously I have found the Buzz Book publications to be really helpful in finding new books that I am excited to read, but this edition and the previous two that I've read have really not brought me anything that I care to pick up or that feels exciting. I am not sure that I will request another edition. Part of this is that I am more in tune with the book space that I was when I first joined NetGalley, but the other issue is that there are fewer and fewer actually popular books in these publications.

I've seen these little preview sets for ages, and I finally decided it was time to request one! And now I'm definitely going to need more. I loved that it was a mix of authors I knew, ones I didn't, genres I loved, and ones I could now "dabble" in. I loved the variety in this collection and so many of these left me wanting more - So it achieved its goal! Just a gem of a collection all-around.

This was so hard for me to put down, I loved it so much. The little excepts definitely added a few more books to my TBR and even the books I did know, it reminded me that I need to do a re re-reads. Authors like Sav R Miller have always been favorite of mine, and I truly believe some of the others authors will be too. I also love that that give a summary AND the excerpt, because sometimes you really can't get what you need from a summary, so this was absolutely perfect for me in that way too. If you're indecisive or a mood reader or someone who needs to try before you buy, this is absolutely a GIFT.
