My partner and I have been together nearly thirty years, but still learn fun new things about each other every day. This book has even more than 365 questions, and can be used as a 'one a day' prompt or, as we tend to do, as a conversational prompt during long car rides. The questions span everything from childhood adventures to the holidays and family dynamics, to money, communication, and other marital minefields. This is great for new couples but also for those who have been together a while.

When i saw the description of this book it instantly made me want to read it. My husband and I have been together 5 years, married 1, and just had a baby last month so I thought this would be a great nightly connect for us. We LOVED the “game”
Honey which is questions to ask each other, so figured this would be the same vein.

Honestly when I read the first chapter introducing the author, I second guessed if his book would be for us. She talks about how miserable her and her husband were, how they were resentful and never spoke more than pleasantries which is far from my current situation. We were more wanting a nightly check in, not a revamp for our marriage. However, we have been doing it a couple weeks now, and have enjoyed the questions. It’s definitely for a wide variety of stages of couple life, from still in love all the way to separated couples.

I enjoyed that there are questions from all different aspects of relationships. From communication, to money, to childhood, to holidays and even some just for fun. It’s easy to incorporate daily, and something we look forward to.

Some of the questions are a bit outdated but in general I like the idea of a question a day for a year. Excited to try this out with my partner

This is a great mix of “easy” surface level questions and some more complicated and personal topics. My partner and I really enjoyed this book!

What a great way to reconnect with your partner! This actually has more than 365 questions that you can ask one another, and they touch on a variety of subjects. My spouse and I have been discussing some of these, and the questions really do lead to meaningful conversations. I encourage couples to try this book out, even if you’re in a good place with your relationship. It can only get better!

I think this is a must-pick-up for every couple. We have enjoyed getting to reconnect, and have even discovered that we could still surprise each other after 15+ years. The format of the questions makes it incredibly accessible and isn’t overwhelming, allowing the conversations to flow naturally. Thoroughly enjoyed adding this to our stockpile of resources to help build a better connection with each other. 4⭐️

These questions are a great resource that can be used to grow a better connection with your partner. We are so easily swept into the routine of our lives and it’s necessary to take a pause and intentionally connect with one another. I really appreciated the author’s introduction note at the beginning of the book sharing her personal experience using this approach in her marriage. The questions range in many different categories from light-hearted to some with more depth.

Many thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this book.
