I really wanted to read this book, because I think that it deals with important issues, but the AC I got was just not readable. Repeated paragraphs out of order, a story where nothing really happens, redundancies. I think the author should try to tell a story. He's obviously no storyteller. He should write a non-fiction book about the impact Trump's presidency had on the people of Iran.
And if he decides to stick to his story about Azan he should find a good editor.
Not Trump Again is a gripping novel that immerses readers in the harsh realities of Iran's economic crisis under Donald Trump's presidency. The story follows Azad, a young man driven to diesel smuggling to support his family amidst political and economic turmoil. The book excels in blending fiction with real-life insights, offering a poignant look at how global decisions impact everyday lives. I enjoyed it for its well created characters and the powerful way it illustrates the personal cost of political conflict.
