Hell Bound, the third installment in D.B. Sieders' Jinx McGee series, continues to thrill with its unique blend of urban fantasy and paranormal adventure. Following the relentless, resourceful Jinx McGee, this book takes readers even deeper into a supernatural world where demons, dark magic, and high-stakes action are around every corner.
Jinx remains a fantastic protagonist—fierce, sarcastic, and surprisingly relatable given the dark forces she regularly confronts. Sieders' storytelling draws you in with well-paced action and suspense, balanced by Jinx’s biting humor and emotional complexity. This time, the stakes are higher than ever, and Jinx’s journey into hell (quite literally!) adds a compelling layer of tension and excitement.
With vivid world-building and a cast of memorable supporting characters, Hell Bound explores the blurred boundaries between good and evil, forcing Jinx to confront both external threats and her own inner demons. Sieders weaves in just the right amount of character development alongside the action, making for an immersive read that’s hard to put down.
Whether you're a longtime fan or new to the Jinx McGee series, Hell Bound delivers a satisfying mix of dark fantasy, humor, and suspense that will leave readers eagerly anticipating what’s next for Jinx.
Demons, angels, in between dimensions, and all kinds of cute and not-so-cute creatures make for a fun and somewhat cozy paranormal adventure. Nothing like a demon hunter paired with a demon that makes an adventure fun - and maybe they finally go on a real date?
Everyone once in awhile I like a good supernatural romance. These Jinx people McGee books fill that need. Jinx is a demon Hunter, her and her team are tasked with sending the worst ones back to their realms. Her lover is a demon that she has know since childhood. Follow their adventures

Jinx mcgee book 3.
I really did enjoy this book. I loved the cover. I did like the story. Anything with magic and demons I love. I loved the sound of the animals. Demon dog. I had a great picture in my mind for this animal. I did like Jane and D. Even though I haven't read the first two books I got into it straight away. I really didn't like Cassiel. But she did grow on me. I loved Sully. Even Raus. I also liked Trinity, Sam, Alexi and Mara and Megan. I'm looking forward to the next book.
The writing and story was a lot of fun. My biggest issue was I tried to read it as a standalone. It is not, consequently there were a lot of references to things that happened before this book. At first I was lost, but then I felt like I was reading an epilogue. Which took away from my reading enjoyment. But mostly I think I need to go back and read the other books. The writing makes it three stars. The sense of lost makes me stop at three. (I read an ARC)
