This is one of the cutest holiday books I’ve read! I love the little poems at the beginning of each chapter, just like the grinch.

A perfectly spicy holiday romance. With the humor and spice of all of Meghan's other books, it is a steamy Hallmark Christmas movie, just in book form!

This author's books are all hit or miss for me and I'm still not really sure how I feel about this one. It was a solid romance and enjoyable for reading during the Christmas season, but still left something to be desired for me.

I saw this book was by Meghan Quinn and the theme was the grinch, no more information needed! This is very fun book but similar to the grinch is also sensitive! I really fell for these characters and their story. Loved the competition part of the story, i felt like I could visual it all! Oh and of course there is some spice, duh! Great holiday read!

2.5 / 5 stars
If you are a big fan of The Grinch and romance books, this book is the book for you.
Unfortunately, I do not get the hype around The Grinch (nothing against you if you do -- it just wasn't part of my childhood in the same way it has been for others!)
The rhymes at the start of each chapter felt like a LOT, and I know it's mirroring the style of the original movie but it felt like overkill to have at the beginning of every chapter. The book also is nearly 500 pages, which is at least 100 pages too long. I will say that I liked the characters a lot more by the end of the book. I really didn't love them at first but they grew on me. The different challenges carried the story along and were enjoyable to read.
I think if this book had less ties to The Grinch, it could have been a 4 or 5 star Christmas read for me, but it just missed the mark in my opinion.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an advance copy!

I wanted to love this book, and I think if I had finished it before the holidays, I probably would have ended up enjoying it. But alas, that timing didn't work out, and I ended up putting it down in favor of something less "holiday". I hope to come back to this next year!

Meghan Quinn delivered the spice and the Christmas cheer! This was such a fun little holiday romance

Thank you NetGalley and Bloom Books for the eARC in exchange for an honest review.
How My Neighbor Stole Christmas by Meghan Quinn was an incredibly enjoyable and spicy read.
Initially, I was uncertain about whether I would like the book because of the writing style at the beginning. However, as I got deeper into the story, I became completely captivated.
I found myself laughing throughout the book and appreciated the witty banter between Storee and Cole. The friends-to-enemies-to-lovers dynamic added a delightful twist to the narrative.
The year-round Christmas town and the annual Christmas competition sounded charming and entertaining.
If you're searching for a cute and spicy holiday or winter read, I highly recommend picking up this book!

I will never look at candy canes the same way, EVER. Bonus points for that, actually. I generally don't love holiday themed romances, but this one really did it well. Funny, sweet, and heartfelt, and very spicy.

i didn't love this and i usually love meghan quinn... the poem was annoying and the characters simplistic. I liked the back story on the main guy.

A perfect holiday novel! I loved every second of this book and will recommend it every holiday season! I loved the play on The Grinch! It was original and very funny!

I'm usually a big Meghan Quinn fan but this one just didn't do it for me. It was slow to get me interested and while it had many of my favorite or preferred tropes (enemies to lovers, fake dating, childhood crush) it was too bizarre and wacky for me. I spent a lot of time rolling my eyes through the plot and Christmas competition. Meghan does write great banter, but it still wasn't enough for me to really enjoy the storyline.

This book was pretty good, but even though I have loved many of the books written by author Meghan Quinn...but I just couldn't love this one as much.
Honestly, I can't even tell you what I didn't "love" about it...

How my Neighbor Stole Christmas
Meghan Quinn
A holiday enemies to lovers romance, sounds amazing!
It has grinch references and plenty of spice. The town of Kringle was the perfect setting- it radiated holiday cheer.

What a fun, sexy and sweet holiday take. I read this over the holidays and could not put it down. It is laugh out loud funny and I found myself talking out load to the characters! Fun!!

This was a cute holiday romance from Meghan Quinn. In it we follow Cole and Storee as they compete to win the towns Christmas Kringle competition. Though these two start on different teams and as enemies' feelings start to shift by the end of the competition. With a bevy of funny side characters and interesting narrators this was a greatly entertaining holiday read.
Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for providing me with an arc for an honest review,

I love this author and she continues to not disappoint. This was a fun and quick read that was perfect for both the holiday season and to wrap-up my yearly reading challenge. I love the mix of humor and romance in Quinn’s stories and this one did not disappoint.

I have seen this book everywhere the past couple of months and I am so glad I picked it up and read it too. This was an adorable holiday read with a little spice (maybe my threshold for spice is a little high so it might be spicier for others!) but I will admit I’ll be a while before I can look at a candy cane the same way again…
As other reviewers mentioned, the first section of the book was a slow roll. I personally would have like to see more of the enemies to lovers take place early on and set up the animosity that ends up occurring later on. There is a weird blur when Storee and Cole are still “appearing” to others as enemies but it is very clear to everyone including the reader they are not… it just wasn’t believable. I put on my rose colored glasses for this part and called it a “he falls first” moment and tried to stick to the Christmas magic of it taking a toll on him. Both MC’s had great backstories and strong characterization, but Storee, for having a job editing LoveMark movies, was often not very believable as a “hopeless romantic”. I think she should have had a different job but just made that more of a quirk rather than basing her character on it.
The banter between these two was amazing, but special note to the bestie banter between Cole and Atlas too though.
This was an adorable book to finish reading on Christmas Day and the nods to a classic “LoveMark” Channel movie ending was 👌🏼 ❤️

This one wasn't really for me. I had a hard time connecting with the story but I know lots of my reader friends really enjoyed this one!

I want to start by thanking the author and publisher for a chance to read an advanced copy of this book. This book was very well written as many of her books are! I can see why it went viral on TikTok
