Insightful and good guidance. This was easy to make your way through and made me reflect in a way that was not quite what I wanted to see but no fault to the author. That’s just what you get with some “‘self’ help” books. Thank you for the Chance to check out the ARC. I recommend.

Having to come to terms that I needed this book was hard, going through it and getting the tools I needed was not. It was super easy to understand and implementing what I learned in it will be a road to go down.
