Breath was a helpful guide to focusing on the breath and focusing on what matters most in life. i liked the audiobook too.

Oftentimes, I get so focused on everything I have other do that sometimes I just forget to breathe. As I am navigating a huge change in my family, this book reminded me how important it is to take time to step back and just breathe.

This is a very wise book! Best to read it in little intervals instead of all at one. It’s a brilliant reminder of how important our breath is and why it’s beneficial for us to focus on it more often. Also I loved the whimsical illustrations. Would make a good gift for someone you love.

I probably wouldn’t recommend it if one is having an existential crisis but the views presented are fantastic for mindful moments and deeper pondering.

I enjoyed this.
