In a perfect world, we would all live in harmony and innately understand peace and balance within our lives. This world does not exist here and now! I found some new helpful ideas to put into action in my personal effort to decrease stress and angst.

This book was a good book to define stressors, what causes them and a brief description of everything that causes them. I don't know that I would define this book as comprehensive and by the title and the cover, I admit I expected more.

I always love to read mental health-related topics. I think the author is doing a great job of giving a practical and holistic approach to mental wellness and stress management. The author did an excellent job of breaking down complex concepts related to mental health into understandable and actionable strategies. I also like how it not only addresses the identification and understanding of stress but also provides practical techniques for managing it.

Mental health is an aspect of health which until recent times was often ignored. Individuals often focus on physical wellness so much that they forget that mental wellness is equally important.

When we prioritize mental wellness, we are essentially equipping ourselves with a toolkit of coping mechanisms and strategies to navigate life's challenges. This helps us to avoid getting swept away by negative thoughts and emotions and allows us to respond to stressors more effectively.
