Can't wait for the full novel! Myself and the many other Stormlight Archive fans will be clamoring for it.
Brandon Sanderson once again delivers a stunning masterpiece. This preview of Wind and Truth was a captivating read, and I devoured its 332 pages in a single day. The anticipation for the full release is palpable. This series continues to elevate the Stormlight Archive to new heights, surpassing even its previous successes
The storyline, characters, magic system were all fantastic. The writing was captivating and now the anticipation of needing to know how this read ends will be torturous until December. Absolutely loved what I was able to read, felt all of the emotions.
Thank you to Tor, for allowing me to advance read this portion of the book!
Thank you netgalley for this eARC in exchange for my honest review.
It's Brandy Sandy? Of course it's incredible. I loved this early except and cannot wait to devour the rest of it.
Thank you TOR for the extended preview of this book!
Of all the books I’ve read my Brandon Sanderson, this one takes the cake for being the most captivating and exhilarating start to his novels. I am very excited to read the rest of it in December!
Great excerpt and has me even more excited for the full book! The world Sanderson created is so rich and beautiful and this will be no different.
I'm loving every bit that I read but I am going so slow because I don't want to finish and have to wait until December. I have to hoard the chapters. Impossible to stop reading though so that won't last long. Can't wait for December truly.
Update***
I have finished the available chapters and I was correct that I am now feeling incredibly inpatient for the rest. I loved the focus of the POVs in Day One followed by the fleshing out of the story with more POV's in Day Two. I'm excited to see the structure of the rest of the book and I'm even more excited to finish this first arc of the Stormlight Archives.
Thanks so much to the author and publisher for early access to as much as we got. Can't wait for more!
I cannot wait to get the rest of this book in my hands! Brandon has built a great first section of this story, and so far has added so many POVs that we've been waiting to get. I loved how he has addressed some things that we've wondered about and confirmed things clearly.
Brandon Sanderson has his work cut out for him as he tries to finish this five part fantasy series. I feel honoured to be able get a snap shot into the new book before the release of the whole thing. Sanderson sets up the quests of the characters very strategically and we start off with Kaladin and Shallon. Kaladin already knows that he is sitting the next battle out, and has focused on following what the wind tells him to do. Shallon and Adolin are still in Shadesmar and are making their way back, when they are attacked and their mission changes. I'm a little worried about a relationship that seems to be developing, I don't think I like the Syl has been human sized more and more... and the subtle reference to what is under her skirt, a Chulls head!? ANYWAYS we'll see where that goes. My favourite character ADOLIN already has an epic battle with Gallant and Shallon is also becoming more powerful while she figures out her own brain! I am excited to see where the characters end up and how many make it to the end!

I was provided an ARC to review by Netgalley. The ARC did not contain the ending of the story, but what I did read was fantastic. The characters have come a long way and you learn a lot about what drives them and what they are willing to do for what they believe in. There is a lot of tension and buildup in this one - more than we've seen in the previous - but there is also a lot of action and progress in the storyline. I will update this review once I have read the ending of this set!
Of all the books I’ve read my Brandon Sanderson, this one takes the cake for being the most captivating and exhilarating start to his novels. I am very excited to read the rest of it in December!
Really looking forward to this book. Sanderson always delivers, and this one promises to do the same.
This was an extended excerpt and only served to make me NOT BE ABLE TO WAIT for the full book! Countdown to December 6th begins (which is almost 2 months from now). I am a Brandon Sanderson stan, and love the Stormlight Archive. I can tell this is going to be amazing. Give me the rest of the book! ;)
Thank you to NetGalley for this eARC in exchange for my honest review.
What an explosive start to the last book of Stormlight's first sequence! Picking up right where Rhythm of War left off, Wind & Truth pits our characters up against their biggest opponents and demands their biggest feats! There's no room for error, no time to spare, and yet, much left to uncover and learn before the biggest of decisions can be made. Having read the first 2 Days of 10, it's already clear to me that this is shaping up to be the most impactful, most Cosmere-Connected, most bombastic book from cover to cover within the whole series. All that awaits is seeing if Sanderson can truly stick the landing. But with this being his magnum opus, and the ending being something Sanderson has mulled over for 10+ years, I don't have many reservations (if any)!
Brandon Sanderson does it again. To no surprise this except had me rushing to make sure my pre order was still set for the tail end of this year. The writing style is in Sanderson’s signature prose and you feel the world come alive with each paragraph. The characters feel real and their troubles and emotions feel palpable. Definitely a book I will read the moment it hits my doorstep!
Bring on the Sanderlanche! So excited for this book. The parts I read were interesting, well written and zipped by. Excited to read more.
I felt rather apprehensive about reading Wind and Truth anger being somewhat disappointed by Rhythm of War, but I was pleasantly surprised. This feels much more thoughtfully composed and laid out in comparison to the previous book.
*I received an ARC of the extended excerpt of Wind and Truth from Tor Books in exchange for a completely truthful review*
WOW. That's all I have to say about this book. Wow, wow, wow, wow! Since this was the extended excerpt and not the whole thing, I'll have to come back in December to finish this review, but if the rest of the book was as good as the first 350ish pages?!?! I'm hooked. I pre-ordered it (which I NEVER do, by the way) IMMEDIATELY after finishing what I had.
If you like anything by Sanderson you'll love this book! He's become the King of fantasy for a REASON.
In classic Sanderson style, Wind and Truth draws the reader in immediately. This extended excerpt is a great appetizer ahead of the main event due in December. 4 Stars.
Wonderful! I devoured this excerpt. I am so excited to read the rest in December and see how the first half of the Stormlight Archive wraps up.
