This is an interesting cookbook filled with recipes for the air fryer. It's colorful and easy to follow.
Some delicious recipes! My husband and I tried out a couple and enjoyed them. I liked that the book included some basics with the recipes. Some were helpful - like how to cut a whole chicken - while some were what I consider common knowledge.
I just wish my copy was available on Kindle and not just the Netgalley app!
“Air Fryer Easy Everyday” by Sam and Dom Milner offers a solid range of recipes, balancing creative new ideas with traditional favorites. The recipes themselves are simple and easy to follow, making this a handy resource for air fryer fans of all levels. While the pictures are vibrant and helpful, the layout left something to be desired, as it sometimes felt disorganized and made flipping through a bit clunky. Despite the layout issues, the variety and quality of the recipes make it a worthwhile addition to the kitchen for anyone looking to get the most out of their air fryer.
This was a great collection of recipes! I enjoyed the tips and ideas. Ultimately, this is not an “everyday” book for me but I did walk away with some new recipes to try out!
Terrific cookbook. I loved the different air fryer sections. The recipes are easy to follow and easily accessible ingredients. The recipes are definitely varied and give good healthy options.
Thank you for this advanced reader copy.
Like most other people in the UK, i'm obsessed with my air fryer and use it to cook pretty much everything. I own the first in this series and it's like my bible, so adding this to my collection is a no brainer. I tried some of the recipes out and I can already tell they're going to be firm favourites - I look forward to trying even more!
As someone who loves using my air fryer, this cookbook was right up my alley! Air Fryer Easy Everyday offers a solid collection of 140 simple, beginner-friendly recipes that make cooking with an air fryer a breeze. From meat and fish to vegetarian and vegan options, it covers a wide range of meals, with clear instructions for different air fryer models. If you're looking for stress-free, straightforward air fryer recipes, this is a great resource. Nothing too fancy, but perfect for everyday cooking!
I really like this book. I found very helpful tips, on meal prep and the wonderful charts for various marinades as well as a wide range of recipes...everything from snacks and light meals such as quesadillas and kebabs to traybakes (aka sheet pan dinners) to fancier fare such as shrimp boil, beef wellington and cheesecake! I was a little surprised to find that the vast majority of foods were suggested to cook at 360F, but there is a lot of creativity in the dishes and there definitely something for everyone here. 4 1/2 start. Recommend.
Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
Air Fryer Easy Everyday opened my eyes to all the possibilities when cooking with an air fryer. This recipe book includes ingredients and cooking directions for cheesecake to beef Wellington and everything in between, with varying difficulty levels. There is also a section in the book with vegan and vegetarian options! If you’re looking to get more use out of your air fryer, but don’t know where to start, I highly recommend giving the Air Fryer Easy Everyday cookbook a buy.
The recipes in this book are good--simple to follow and each one is nicely illustrated. This cookbook attempts to suggest methods for easy meal prep. I'm not sure how many people could be so disciplined to be able to follow their suggestions. Some of the ideas are interesting; for example, cutting veggies into cubes/chunks and storing in a zipped bag for later in the week. This sounds good, but I wonder how many veggies would hold up for several days after being cut. I also wonder if cutting them and storing in fridge for several days would not give introduced pathogens time to multiply.
Overall, an interesting cookbook that might be a good gift for someone who just got an air fryer. Thank you to Quarto Publishing Group and NetGalley for providing an advance review copy of this book. My opinions are my own.
I was really pleased to get this book as I’ve recently invested in an air fryer. I’ve really enjoyed making quite a few of the recipes whilst also getting to know my new air fryer.
Some of my families favourite meals have been the bagels, jalepeno poppers, baked macaroni cheese and the ultimate doner kebab takeaway. Actually if I am honest, we’ve enjoyed quite a lot of the recipes in this book.
I love that everything is on one page, simply written and easy to follow.
Since I’ve recently purchased an air fryer, I was eager to try some of the recipes in this book. I found the recipes easy to follow with clear instructions and an accompanying picture. Who knew you could use an air fryer for baking!
I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers.
Air Fryer Eady Everyday is a handy cookbook for quick and easy meals made in the more cost-effective way through the use of an airfryer. I've been looking for a cookbook for my airfryer since I bought one a few months ago and was keen to review this one. I found many recipes that I can't wait to try this autumn and winter in my airfryer that look easy to follow, simple to do and quick, which is something I need for those fast-paced, busy days. There's information for fresh and frozen produce, cooking times, ideas for food/ingredients swaps, portion/serving sizes and prep. Each recipe has a colour photograph to accompany it and clear set out instructions. This is a great book for a busy parent to tackle meal times.
This book was so much more than I expected and I feel like it's a really complete book and it can be useful for cooking in general.
I got my air fryer, did a few things and after that stopped because it felt kinda useless compared to classic cooking for me, but this book showed me so many interesting recipes.
I like the way this book is organized and I love the fact that you can find easily something you would like (for example I don't eat fish or seafood, and I'm glad they have a separate chapter from poultry and meat, so I don't have to search too much for a recipe without fish) and it also has a vegetarian chapter, which is nice to see, even if I'm not a vegetarian.
Another plus it the fact that the recipes have both types of measurements, prep and cook time, but also the calories are included. The steps are clear and there are tips included.
A good informative book with delicious recipes that will stop you using it for just cooking chips like I used to do. The recipes are easy to follow and there are plenty of photos to make your mouth water. Thank to Quatro Publishing Group and Netgalley for this review copy
When I selected this book to review I didn't realize it was actually a British. Based book! So I wasn't quite prepared for the amount of very British recipes lol. However, an air fryer is an air fryer and frying fish is frying fish, so with some spice adaptations, this book works for everyone no matter where you live.. Doritos Wings are an example of a recipe that is a very easy recipe and perfect for tailgating weekends. And I love that they give different pictures showing prep work that may need a picture to explain it. They also include variations for the recipe for single or double basket air fryers which makes it easy to adapt to the one that you have. Recipes that were a hit or the sweet potato fries and the cheeseburgers yes we did those in one meal and yes I forgot to take a picture! They were easy to do. We just had to add a bit more spice to ours as we like Cajun spice on and in everything LOL. Overall though, the recipes are sugar please and the majority of taste. This would be a good book to give with an air fryer to someone who was contemplating and getting one. You think Christmas time and it also be a great gift for those that just haven't utilized theirs enough!
I absolutely love my airfyer but it seems the work of cooking is just barely coming around to it. So this is nice specifically for my airfryer. Easy, quick, and creative. Can't wait to try these out and share.
Thanks to Quarto and Netgalley for this copy in exchange for my review.
I use my air fryer a lot, but am always looking for a way to use it beyond just heating up frozen fries or nuggets. There is a wide range of food options, the recipes were easy to track and weren't overtly complicated. Overall a very good, straightforward cookbook.
I am thinking of getting an air fryer so I got this book to give me an idea of things I can cook and the level of ease that I can cook them. This is a good book with some nice recipes making me more keen to purchase an air fryer now. If you have or are getting one this is a good book to purchase
I've been an air fryer user for several years now, but I'm always curious to see what ways other people use their fryers and will always pick up a new cookbook about it. I was really interested in this one being from an English family, as my family is from Manchester and there are a lot of traditional recipes in here that I haven't seen formatted for airfryer cooking. I'm really excited to try the sausage rolls, pasties, and sunday roast. I love the inclusion of so many veggies and specific recipes catered to them, as sometimes it's easy to get lazy and just toss them in the air fryer with some seasoning and olive oil over and over. I think I struggle with formatting desserts for air fryers the most, so this will be very helpful with all those delicious recipes too.
