This is an interesting cookery book for the latest kitchen gadget, the air-fryer.
The first section of this cookery book begins with batch prepping some vegetable bags, marinates, how to chop up a whole chicken. Then it moves onto the pantry/cupboard ingredients with some easy to do air fryer recipes: herby canned potatoes, corned beef hash, chilli con carne. Then it limits the recipes as it mentions air fryer oven - which are different to the basket only types, with many of the recipes using the rotisserie part.
Next we go onto a mix of basket and dual air fryer recipes for poultry, meat, fish, vegetarian, potatoes, and vegetables. Following on from this we have sections called 7 days of dinners and finally baking.
Each recipe provides information on how many it serves, the type of air-fryer to use, prep time, cooking time, a list of ingredients (imperial and metric measurements are given), along with stepped instructions with both Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures. not all the recipes have colour photographs with them, but the ones that do look lovely.
Now this book has only rated a 3.5 stars from me because of the way it is laid out I'm not sure what this book was trying to be. Am I prepping or am I making on the fly? Some of the recipes restrict it to one type of air-fryer.
I received this book from Netgalley in return for a honest review.

There were some great recipes in here that I am excited to try! Each recipe has a color photograph to accompany it and clear set out instructions. thank you to Netgalley, the author and the publisher for a chance to read and review this book in exchange for an honest review.

Overall, it's a solid 4-star cookbook—ideal for anyone looking to make the most of their air fryer with minimal fuss.

Great recipes! I love my air fryer and hardly ever use my oven anymore. This book thought me a lot about how to air fry my favorites plus some new recipes I wouldn’t have tried before!

This is a great cookbook that is not your everyday recipes. I loved that it included meal planning ideas and tips, I need all the help I can get in that area! The only downside that I found was that not every recipe had a picture, and sometimes I want to see the finished product before making it. Overall a great cookbook that I will definitely use! Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review!

A great cookbook with loads of really interesting recipes that are easy to do and easy to follow as some of Adhd following instructions is not easy and I found delivered instructions well.

Great! Super Easy and straightforward!! lots of great ideas in here. Highly recommend checking it out for the “lazy” cookers like me.

This is an interesting cookbook filled with recipes for the air fryer. It's colorful and easy to follow.

Some delicious recipes! My husband and I tried out a couple and enjoyed them. I liked that the book included some basics with the recipes. Some were helpful - like how to cut a whole chicken - while some were what I consider common knowledge.
I just wish my copy was available on Kindle and not just the Netgalley app!

“Air Fryer Easy Everyday” by Sam and Dom Milner offers a solid range of recipes, balancing creative new ideas with traditional favorites. The recipes themselves are simple and easy to follow, making this a handy resource for air fryer fans of all levels. While the pictures are vibrant and helpful, the layout left something to be desired, as it sometimes felt disorganized and made flipping through a bit clunky. Despite the layout issues, the variety and quality of the recipes make it a worthwhile addition to the kitchen for anyone looking to get the most out of their air fryer.

This was a great collection of recipes! I enjoyed the tips and ideas. Ultimately, this is not an “everyday” book for me but I did walk away with some new recipes to try out!

Terrific cookbook. I loved the different air fryer sections. The recipes are easy to follow and easily accessible ingredients. The recipes are definitely varied and give good healthy options.

Thank you for this advanced reader copy.
Like most other people in the UK, i'm obsessed with my air fryer and use it to cook pretty much everything. I own the first in this series and it's like my bible, so adding this to my collection is a no brainer. I tried some of the recipes out and I can already tell they're going to be firm favourites - I look forward to trying even more!

As someone who loves using my air fryer, this cookbook was right up my alley! Air Fryer Easy Everyday offers a solid collection of 140 simple, beginner-friendly recipes that make cooking with an air fryer a breeze. From meat and fish to vegetarian and vegan options, it covers a wide range of meals, with clear instructions for different air fryer models. If you're looking for stress-free, straightforward air fryer recipes, this is a great resource. Nothing too fancy, but perfect for everyday cooking!

I really like this book. I found very helpful tips, on meal prep and the wonderful charts for various marinades as well as a wide range of recipes...everything from snacks and light meals such as quesadillas and kebabs to traybakes (aka sheet pan dinners) to fancier fare such as shrimp boil, beef wellington and cheesecake! I was a little surprised to find that the vast majority of foods were suggested to cook at 360F, but there is a lot of creativity in the dishes and there definitely something for everyone here. 4 1/2 start. Recommend.
Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Air Fryer Easy Everyday opened my eyes to all the possibilities when cooking with an air fryer. This recipe book includes ingredients and cooking directions for cheesecake to beef Wellington and everything in between, with varying difficulty levels. There is also a section in the book with vegan and vegetarian options! If you’re looking to get more use out of your air fryer, but don’t know where to start, I highly recommend giving the Air Fryer Easy Everyday cookbook a buy.

The recipes in this book are good--simple to follow and each one is nicely illustrated. This cookbook attempts to suggest methods for easy meal prep. I'm not sure how many people could be so disciplined to be able to follow their suggestions. Some of the ideas are interesting; for example, cutting veggies into cubes/chunks and storing in a zipped bag for later in the week. This sounds good, but I wonder how many veggies would hold up for several days after being cut. I also wonder if cutting them and storing in fridge for several days would not give introduced pathogens time to multiply.
Overall, an interesting cookbook that might be a good gift for someone who just got an air fryer. Thank you to Quarto Publishing Group and NetGalley for providing an advance review copy of this book. My opinions are my own.

I was really pleased to get this book as I’ve recently invested in an air fryer. I’ve really enjoyed making quite a few of the recipes whilst also getting to know my new air fryer.
Some of my families favourite meals have been the bagels, jalepeno poppers, baked macaroni cheese and the ultimate doner kebab takeaway. Actually if I am honest, we’ve enjoyed quite a lot of the recipes in this book.
I love that everything is on one page, simply written and easy to follow.

Since I’ve recently purchased an air fryer, I was eager to try some of the recipes in this book. I found the recipes easy to follow with clear instructions and an accompanying picture. Who knew you could use an air fryer for baking!

I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers.
Air Fryer Eady Everyday is a handy cookbook for quick and easy meals made in the more cost-effective way through the use of an airfryer. I've been looking for a cookbook for my airfryer since I bought one a few months ago and was keen to review this one. I found many recipes that I can't wait to try this autumn and winter in my airfryer that look easy to follow, simple to do and quick, which is something I need for those fast-paced, busy days. There's information for fresh and frozen produce, cooking times, ideas for food/ingredients swaps, portion/serving sizes and prep. Each recipe has a colour photograph to accompany it and clear set out instructions. This is a great book for a busy parent to tackle meal times.
