One of the best Air Fryer Cookbooks I have seen. The book in split into clear sections and includes a colour photo for each recipe, this is always a real plus for me. Each recipe is extremely well written with clear step by step instructions. All the recipes have easy to source ingredients that are not prohibitively expensive.
There is an informative section on 'getting to know your air fryer' making this an excellent book for both novice air fryer users and more experienced users looking for fresh ideas.
I have tried a few of the recipes, Hunter's chicken was particularly successful, and am looking forward to trying many more.
Many thanks to NetGalley and Quarto Publishing plc for sending me a digital copy of this brilliant book in return for my honest and unbiased review.
A good book of easy air frying recipes. There are nice color photos of most recipes, Unfortunately the review copy I received started on page 24, so I was missing an intro section and have scored lower because of this. I was also missing everything that would have come at the end, like an index. I think the authors must be British, because British terms for some ingredients were listed first, along with gram measurements.
A good book for everyone with an air fryer. It has recipes for all sorts of eaters, so that everyone can get something out of the book. Air fryer is such a great invention and it is amazing how many different kinds of food you can easily make in the air fryer.
This is a good air fryer cookbook. It has lots of great recipes and I like that it has photos of the recipes.
I do recommend
There were some great recipes in here that I am excited to try! The “Greek baked Feta” & the “Cheese & Tomato Impossible quiche” look especially good!
lots of great and easy recipes. i havent tried them all, but they seem easy to make and the ones i have tried are great! thanks!
A detailed, concise cookbook that reads like a conversation, with little hints and tips on how to increase servings, what to do with leftovers to extend the meals, and how to plan a week out of quick and easy dinners.
Breaking down how the authors meal plan, ways they avoid food waste (peels, freezing items and making soups), as well as how they set everything up for freezing and meals on the go, was refreshing to get right out of the gates!
I also loved that they included pantry staples as meals, which just reinforces how budget friendly and low-waste this cook book is. From veggie crisps, to meatloaf wellington, to a delicious looking cheesecake, this book is an absolute hit!
I really liked the meal prep 101 in the front of the book. I am starting to get more into meal prep and these tips were very helpful. Then the added meal prep recipes following the tips were a wonderful bonus.
the recipe layouts were very concise and easy to follow. The layout of the book was eye catching and bright which made looking at the recipes fun and engaging
I really love my air fryer so being able to use this book to expand my air fryer recipes was nice
I love my air fryer, anything that I can make it in is a win win for me and my dishes. I love the assortment of recipes and how well they are written. I can't wait to make every recipe.
I recently got an air fryer and have been super excited to try out new recipes. This book has been a great way to dive in because it’s packed with all kinds of recipes for every skill level. Whether I’m in the mood for something sweet, savory, or even a bit more challenging, it’s got a little of everything. It’s been a fun way to explore different flavors and figure out what I can do with the air fryer. Definitely a handy book for anyone who loves to cook!
*Thank you to NetGalley, Sam Milner, Dom Milner, and Quarto Publishing Group, White Lion Publishing, for providing the opportunity to read this eARC in exchange for a review, but all thoughts are my own*
This slim volume has a variety of beginner-friendly recipes for the air fryer. The photos and formatting are quite nice and inviting, but nothing about these recipes will have me reaching more for my air fryer. Some recipes seemed so basic that other recipes felt like variations on that theme rather than different recipes. I do think this has an audience, but it's ultimately not a good fit for me. This would make a lovely gift along with an air fryer for a housewarming present or a graduation present for someone living on their own for the first time.
Air Fryer Easy Everyday by Sam Milner & Dom Milner is a great resource for using an air fryer! The cookbook includes 140 simple recipes. The majority of the recipes include vibrant photos and all recipes are easy to follow. I also like that the book includes other resources, meal prep 101, several marinades, pantry items to have on hand, and so on,,,
My teens LOVE the airfyer and wings, so I'm looking forward to making Sofia's Dorito wings!
I’ve had my slow cooker for about 6 months now, and lord did I underestimate what I could do with it. A really nice to book, great layout and easy to follow, with recipes that will actually be used in day to day life. I am especially looking forward to trying the shrimp boil traybake, I have been sooo jealous watching a load of viral recipe videos online with no means/ effort to recreate them for myself, and now I can!
If you're only using your air fryer to heat up prepared frozen food, it's time to elevate your weekly menu with this cookbook!
Air Fryer Easy Everyday is just that. Easy air fryer recipes you can use everyday and never get bored. The tips and tricks as well as the recipes are great for new chefs and air fryer pros alike. One of my favorite things about this cookbook is that on top of the recipes being easy, they are also healthy, and budget friendly. If you are sending a loved one off to college or their first apartment GET THEM THIS BOOK and an air fryer for an amazing gift.
I am loving this cookbook. I have owned an Air Fryer since 2019. I think this thing is revolutionary, as I dread having to use my oven for baking/ cooking now! What I love immediately about this cookbook is that on the first few pages, it talks about prep. I don't know why it never occurred to me to use my Air Fryer for prep work for future meals and not just actual mealtime. Also, I love the little blurbs that are written in with each recipe. It makes it more informal and I feel like when I'm in more of a relaxes setting, I cook better! (You'd never see me on the food network being timed🤣) I'd love to have a physical copy of this book and will be looking for it when it's published!
If you like cooking everything in the air fryer, then this book is for you.
There is a little bit of everything in this book. Two ingredient flatbread? Yes!
The photos are gorgeous and the recipes easy to follow.
Good reference book.

This is a fun and interesting little cookbook to utilize the air fryer. I do wish it had more breakfast recipes though!
And honestly, the thing I'm weirdly most intrigued by is the herby canned potatoes! They seem too good to be true! Will def be trying one night for dinner!
A well illustrated book with clear recipe instructions. I have the previous book which as an air fryer novice I’ve found very helpful and I’m sure that i will enjoy using this one even more.
I never knew an air fryer could be so versatile. As someone who hates cooking and has had an air fryer for many years, this book intrigued me. My favorite section was named "potato." And the recipe that caught me by surprise was "The Ultimate Doner Kebab Fakeaway." This book seems really promising, and I would attempt a few recipes from it. I love the photography used in this book; it looks delicious.
A really good, informative and easy to follow recipe book with great pictures and some really good recipes that don't appear to be over complicated. Perfect for a newbie or not-so-newbie to air frying with loads of tips and tricks to save time.
