I received a free copy of, The Cozy Christmas Cookbook, by Taylor Vance, from the publisher and Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. Pancakes, burgers, chicken, soup, meatballs, desert this book has great recipes for Christmas, for the whole family. The recipes look so good.

For anyone who thinks about the holiday season well in advance, here is a book for you. Instead of the blazing sunshine that I have today, I will think of fireplace warmth as I peruse these recipes.

The chapters are a bit whimsically named. For example, one is title Yummy Stocking Stuffer Sides, while another is Deck the Halls with Sips & Sugar.

The recipes seem easy to follow. The illustrations are inspiring. See for example the Ho, Ho Holiday Appetizer Wreath. For another appetizer, consider Santa Suit Button Mushrooms. Keeping with adorable recipe/illustration, see the one for Rudolph’s Reindeer Burgers. A nice looking dessert is the Joyeux Dark Cherry Clafoutis.

All in all, this cookbook teams up the cute and the tasty. It seems perfect for its audience.

This is a fun and easy to read Christmas cookbook. The recipes are healthier takes on some of out favorites. I especially enjoyed the names of some of the recipes. I'm Dreaming of a White Chocolate Nog, Comet's corn fritters and Have some pumpkin Pie Crème Brulees and do Some Caroling all look delicious and the names made me chuckle. This would be a very fun cookbook to buy and make with girlfriends or the kids throughout the season.

Having been dreaming of cosy Christmas days lately I didn’t have to think twice about taking a look at this book. There are some really cute recipes to get in the festive spirit, even if some of them aren’t necessarily Christmassy (wouldn’t have expected to see nachos in a xmas cookbook before!) I already have the baked apple cider donuts marked as something I’m going to be trying once autumn comes around.

This book gives you both traditional and contemporary ways to spice up your Christmas meal with its fifty dishes that combine warmth and style from yesteryear. The dishes are meant to wow and excite, ranging from Matcha White Chocolate Peppermint Lattes to Vegan Chocolate Peppermint Avocado Mousse. Every dish includes preparation advice, entertaining tales, and practical suggestions to make Christmas cooking joyful and festive. Perfect for anybody wishing to arrange a striking and visually appealing Christmas presentation.

This is a cute recipe book, with some "Christmas" themed recipes. It's for an American audience so it required quite a lot of googling for me to convert cups etc to UK measurements but that's fine. What disappointed me was that none of the recipes mentioned on the blurb on netgalley were in the book - I wanted to try the white peppermint matcha latte and the truffle infused Mac and cheese bites but they were nowhere to be found in this book! I did try the vegan Mac and cheese and merry meatballs recipes both of which were very tasty and I would recommend.

What a cute little book. Not all the recipes were genuinely Christmassy but they're perfect for the mood.

I loved the images, photography and recipe titles in this book, all of which were on theme and made me want to create some of these dishes now! I especially liked that many of these recipes incorporated vegetables and other fresh foods, which not only make for healthier party foods but in my opinion, more beautiful tables.

I love this holiday cookbook!! The pages are filled with festive illustrations and I love that there are pictures to go along with almost all of the recipes. I will definitely be trying out some of these recipes this holiday season!

Adorable illustrations and fun, festive names for the recipes. A mix of plant based recipes and ones that use animal products. I was really excited about the pumpkin pie brûlée until I realized it was tofu rather than eggs- would be great to have both versions. Good cookbook overall with some recipes I’ll be using this holiday season.

Most of the recipes are Christmas in name only. But! The recipes that are actually visually Christmas are so fun, just wish there were more actual themed ones.

'The Cozy Christmas Cookbook' details a good blend of classic go-tos and some fresh recipes that are visually situated in fun ways. This book is for those really wanting to crowd please. Every recipe seems manageable for even the most green of chefs. Some of the pictures leave a bit to be desired as either the coloring was off or the dish's staging wasn't showcasing its deliciousness in the best of ways. It feels like a cookbook that's been handed down through the generations with familial classics, which is its greatest asset.

A very charming Christmas collection of recipes. Mostly plays on favourites, these look easy to follow no matter your cooking proficiency level. Nice few veggie and vegan options in here too, it really is for the whole family. I’ll definitely be whipping up a few of these at Christmas.

This cozy cookbook was not exactly what I was hoping for or expecting but the recipes look delicious nonetheless. I look forward to trying these out with my family!!

This sweet cookbook combines the nostalgic classics of Christmas recipes with cozy trendy recipes to celebrate the holiday season. So many of these recipes would be great for a Christmas party or family gathering. From appetizers, to mains and sides as well as desserts and drinks! Everything is thought of.

I know I can’t wait to try some of these recipes this year ✨

Nice book with simple recipes that was not quite festive enough, if you ask me. Many of the recipes also used a lot of already cooked items with was a bit of a let down. I will try some of the drinks and the stuffed mushrooms.

This book was filled with wonderful recipes that I will be trying but I did not feel like most of these recipes were necessarily festive.

This book completely got me in the cosy Christmas spirit (even in August!) I love to do Christmas entertaining and this had some wonderful ideas that I can't wait to try with friends and family! A great book to get you back in the Christmas spirit with some new ideas. Some suggestions would also be great for other entertaining throughout the year as not overly festive, apart from design! I can see the younger members of the family loving the reindeer burgers in particular.

This cookbook is incredibly cozy and inviting. The recipes are simple and straightforward, which is perfect because my kids love helping out in the kitchen during the holidays. I’m excited that these easy-to-follow recipes will let them actively participate and enjoy the cooking process with me.
