I read the book description and was intrigued. I love how systematically the book is set up, walking you through her shared experience, knowledge, and process. Sanchez shares her personality in the writing, which I love. It makes the book less "textbook" and more relatable. She gives actionable advice on where to find businesses to buy, how to buy (with or without money down), and advice on figuring out what types of businesses would be best for you. The second half of the book is higher-level advice (when you're acquiring several businesses or picking a higher-level business to buy) but the advice is still important for someone just starting out.

I really enjoyed it and it got me rethinking avenues to entrepreneurship rather than building something from the ground up.

This book perfect for anyone who's looking for creative ways to build wealth, financial freedom, or a different look at entrepreneurship.

Main Street Millionaire is a great book. I picked it up after following Codie Sanchez on Instagram, and I'm glad I didl. The book is packed with practical, no-nonsense advice that feels like Codie is your smart friend telling you exactly how to stop being stuck and start building wealth. What really stood out to me was her RICH framework. It’s simple but brilliant, and it completely changed the way I think about "boring" businesses like laundromats and car washes. I never realised how much money you could make from something so ordinary if you just know how to buy and run it.

What I really appreciated was Codie’s straightforward approach—she doesn’t tell you to just "follow your passion." Instead, she focuses on the numbers, helping you figure out what works and how to make smart decisions. This book is full of useful tips and examples, and it’s easy to understand. I finished it with a ton of ideas and action steps, and I’m already searching for my next business opportunity. If you're serious about creating wealth and changing your life, Main Street Millionaire is a must-read.

Starts off really well. Codie's given her all to this book and it shows! It's a detailed manual on how to select & buy businesses & why buy instead of building from scratch in the first place. For a person who's never been an entrepreneur nor knows any of such entrepreneurs it was difficult to relate & oftentimes seemed dense. Also being from a geography that has a very different approach to financing & money in general. It was almost like financial fiction to me. None of it is Codie's or her book's fault. This might be an excellent book for people based out of the USA.

This invaluable guide is for anyone considering becoming an entrepreneur by buying an existing, established, and profitable business rather than going the start-up route.

Codie Sanchez and her brand with contrarian thinking is always insightful. This is just as amazing as her YouTube content. This will give you practical, steps to help you on your journey to being a millionaire.

This book shares a unique entrepreneur concept of acquiring businesses with a traditional business model and not a unicorn structure, the businesses that we use often and that were established for years and not always inherited from foubders, so called main street businesses. The ideas from the book provide a comprehensive framework of selecting, shaping and scaling such a business. There are many good learnings, supportive tools and practical recommendations. The positive spirit of the book motivates and inspires to take an action.
