Thank you NetGalley, Wattpad WEBTOON Book Group and Lamb Cat for an early cope of Volume Four.

✨👑 Cursed Princess Club Volume Four is yet another brilliant addition to this hilarious and heart-warming series! I honestly can't get enough of this webtoon-turned-graphic novel. This volume had everything I love: laughs, drama, and that sweet character development that makes me root for the whole cast.

The art style is still as charming as ever, with bright, expressive visuals that make each page a joy to look at. And don’t even get me started on the humour—the wit shines through with perfect comedic timing, especially when it comes to the snarky and lovable Princesses.

This volume takes us deeper into the personal journeys of the characters, especially the main heroine, who is as strong and relatable as ever. The mix of personal growth, self-acceptance, and finding your place in the world is so well done and honestly feels so empowering.

If you’re into quirky, endearing characters and love a great mix of comedy and heart, this volume is a must-read! Can’t wait for what’s next!

We're back with our favorite princesses and prince of the Pastel Kingdom! I love this series so much. It's always a fun time. I burst out laughing so many times while reading these! I love all the shenanigans they get up to.

There is a lot of miscommunication in this series, but some things did get cleared up in this volume which was so fun to see. Watching characters realizing what they thought happen, compared to what really happened was so funny. I can't wait for the next one to come out!

Thank you to NetGalley for an eARC in exchange for an honest review.

Special thank you to Netgalley for an ARC of vol. 4. I didn't realize at the time of requesting the arc that it was #4 and it forced me to start this series, and I could not be happier.

The illustrations are so adorable and the colors in this comic are so beautiful. The first time I picked up this book and flipped through it I was immediately in love with how whimsical and colorful this comic is. That being said, I was not prepared for the content...

Did I read a synopsis prior? No. Did I notice that it was a nominee for a Ringo award for best humour webcomic? Also no. Did I laugh so hard at midnight I got in trouble for waking up my family? YEAH AND BUT BY THEN IT WAS TOO LATE. This comic is freaking HILARIOUS!!!!!

Every character has so much personality and I love the play on traditional fairytale with the assumptions that all princesses are beautiful and animals come into their room to do their hair or they serenade men from their balconies. I love the relationship between the sisters and the king and how they don't see the black sheep sister as anything less than the other sisters. I love that the brother is more beautiful than any of the princesses 🤣🤣

The plot just about killed me. There was a part involving a prince and a cliff that had me literally wheezing for air from laughing so hard.

The message in this comic series is amazing. It reminds us that beauty is a social construct. The princess didn't know she was "ugly" until someone else said so, up until then she was treated like any other beautiful princess and lived a happy and fulfilling life. She found comfort in not only her family but from a new group of friends in the Cursed Princess Club. She discovered sisterhood (and Saphron) and is learning to navigate the outside world.

It's safe to say I'm in love with this series and I'm going to plow through the other copies available 🥰

I have been so happy to have read this as an ARC. Thank you NetGalley & WEBTOON!

This volume was probably one of my favorites!! Such a great discovery and journey for multiple characters! I don’t want to ruin it for future readers, but am looking forward to future volumes. 💗

Book 4 is just as great as 1-3 but several key pieces come together.

Just like the previous books this selection of episodes from the WEBTOON series has stunning art with heartfelt and funny dialogue.

I read some of the series on WEBTOON and some of it in hardcover. The WEBTOON version is fun with its staggered art and the music element but the volumes are also very well made. I received an e-arc from NetGalley but the art and story still translates into a n more traditional comic layout like the hardcover volumes. I will definitely be buying book 4 ASAP and watching for book 5. And also maybe even getting the coloring book 🥲

The story had me sequel, chortle, chuckle, cry, squeak and swoon.

It’s a fantastic story of friendship, love, hope and fear and book four tells of revenge, forgiveness and the importance of having a fluffy Laverne in your life but all told in a digestible fun way. It’s unique and quirky and my favorite surprise series in 2025. Especially when I realized I received book 4’s arc and had to quickly catch up on the series!

Book 4 definitely lives up to the hype of 1-3 and while it’s answers some lingering questions of what would happen if still leaves off on other big story lines you that make it feel impossible to wait for book 5.

And MC and SCs are all so wonderful. I seriously can’t pick a favorite. 🥹

***read as ARC from NetGalley***

Having not read the first three volumes in this series, I was not sure if I would be able to fully enjoy/understand the dynamics of the story. I needn't have worried. This was wonderful. The author does an excellent job of sharing just enough of the main back story and that of several of the characters to catch up a new reader.

I loved the characters, the story, and the artwork. This is based on a webtoon that ended in 2024. I am not certain how many more volumes there will be to complete the storyline, but I know I will be reading them.

The Cursed Princess Club follows a princess by the name of Gwen, who is, not a spoiler, it is in the title, cursed, and her navigating her life in this new reality, with the help of others like her. Not sure if any of the characters get a happy ending, but will be sticking around to find out. Highly recommend for lovers of fairy tales with a twist.

I'm new to reading graphic novels. This was an interesting book and story. I definitely recommend you read the others first in the series. I did read a su..art of the first books in the series once I realized I was lost in this book.
I think this would be a good series for high schoolers.

Gwen, her family, and friends are in for some surprises, which change more than a few things in their already quirky lives.

Gwen and her siblings are miserable after their father, the King, informs each of them about his expectations. It's as if the loving father never understood any of them at all. While her siblings do their best to handle the situations (or mourn them), Gwen is determined to steer clear of embarrassment and heads to the forest to talk to the Cursed Princess Club members...not to ask for their help, though, because they've done too much for her already. Instead, she's going to instruct them to stay away from an invite to the castle. Little does she know that Prince Frederick is following her on a secret mission of his own, one that's going to be completely misunderstood and creates the first step to what might be complete disaster.

While this book starts out with the same trend as the rest of the series, it quickly feeds into several surprising twists and turns. As always, there are misunderstandings, which lead to humorous occurrences...and sometimes, dangerous situations. But the plot starts to take on a new enough direction to demonstrate an over-arching plot, which promises more surprises to come. A couple characters are about to have their worlds turned in a new direction, and with that come some valuable lessons. Of course, these type of changes have their price with this group, which opens the door to tension with the sense of darkness, which makes this group of royalty so fun and unique.

There seems to be a bit more depth in this latest collection, which still stays true to the main message while taking it a step further. Intrigue thickens (well, in the sense that this group tends to run), and it did leave off with me looking forward to see what happens next, more so than the last one did.

Also, the addition of Prince Frederick's story was a nice add on at the end and gives important richness to the rest of the story while not being overly direct.

I'm looking forward to seeing where the series goes from here because it appears things are going to get interesting in the next episodes.

Another hilarious installment of Cursed Princess Club comes out in print on January 28th! This 4 volume has us following Gwen's story (and hilarious antics) even further as the King gets himself involved in his daughters' schooling. Gwen suddenly has to host a dinner featuring her Princess Club she's been attending. Obivously, the problem is that now her and the other Princesses have to pass as normal- not cursed! Gwen embarks on prepping for this party, confusing a heart-eyed gaurd who mistakes her for Maria, running into someone from President Calpernia's past, and taking along "love sick" Frederick with her (except she doesn't know he's following her.)

What could possibly go wrong?

A volume full of laughter, revealed secrets, and attitude from Laverne the Llama, this is story is still full of fun and excitement. 5/5.

I feel like I've been waiting foreverrrrrr for this next installment of the Cursed Princess Club, and it was so worth the wait!! So much stuff happens, but I can't yell about any of it because it would be spoilers! Suffice to say that things between Gwen and Frederick finally come to a head, as well as figuring out what the deal is with the mysterious (and very cool) tiger-striped face guy! We get a little more character development for Gwen's sisters (whose names are escaping me at the moment) and their suitors as well. Also, laughing my butt off at that one guard, LOL!

This is the fourth volume in the Cursed Princess Club series, and needs to be read in order. I can't wait for volume five!!

Oh goodness. No graphic novel should be this good. I cannot rave enough about how much I love the Cursed Princess club! Everything about this series is just perfection. I love the character growth and development of all the characters. I also appreciate how true to themselves some of the characters are. This graphic novel series touches on some difficult emotions in a way that is relatable, and still enjoyable at the same time. I cannot thank you enough for letting me read an advance copy of the latest volume.

LambCat’s The Cursed Princess Club, Vol. 4 continues to deliver a delightful blend of humor, heart, and whimsy while tackling themes of self-worth and belonging. Gwendolyn’s journey remains as heartfelt and relatable as ever, with her big heart and unique charm shining through each page.

This volume masterfully balances character development and plot progression. Gwen’s attempt at hosting a dinner party with Prince Frederick leads to both comedic mishaps and tender moments, while Frederick’s interactions with the Cursed Princesses provide unexpected depth and hilarity. The narrative also takes time to explore Prince Whitney’s backstory, adding layers to his character and enriching the world LambCat has created.

The artwork is vibrant and expressive, perfectly capturing the whimsical tone of the story. From the quirky designs of the Cursed Princesses to the magical touches of the kingdoms, every panel is a visual treat.

The overarching tension surrounding Nell’s premonition adds an undercurrent of mystery, keeping readers eagerly turning the pages. While the plot leaves a few questions unanswered, it only heightens anticipation for the next installment.

Overall, The Cursed Princess Club, Vol. 4 is a charming and engaging continuation of the series that fans will adore. Highly recommended for readers who enjoy fairy tale twists with a generous dash of humor and heart.

With a prophecy foretelling a member's death and several brewing confrontations, this edition has to be the most exciting yet. And honestly, I had so much fun with this editions.

The characters are lovely, the story is quite engaging, and I'm so excited to see where this goes from here. I will admit, the guard obsessed with Maria is driving me nuts and gives me bad vibes. But maybe that's just me.

Gwen is starting to grow and feel better about herself, and Fredrick might get his shit together? Love to see it.

I loved Volume 4 of Cursed Princess Club just as much as all the other volumes. This has become my favourite series, always making me smile, each volume is very enjoyable! I would highly recommend.

The Cursed Princess Club series has always been about self acceptance, and this volume does a tremendous job in following that theme. This volume really moved the plot along, while working on each of the characters and having them grow in amazing ways. We get so much from several of the characters, not just the main ones. The narrative really fleshes out several of the 'background' characters in this volume. We see more of the Cursed Princesses, Prince Whitney, and even more Laverne! She is the actual best! This book made me laugh, many times, but also it. was a joy to see the characters work on themselves, work through some heavy emotions, and still manage to be compelling and hopeful. I recommend this one, for sure. I think it's the strongest of the series, to date.

This volume focused on Frederick following Gwen to the Cursed Princess Club. I was really impressed with Frederick’s growth in this volume. He decided to ask Gwen to the gala in his own way, instead of following his brothers’ advice. He also was very understanding about the Cursed Princess Club, and he was excited to help Gwen with planning her dinner party. Whitney also found the Cursed Princess Club and apologized to Prez. This brought out a lot of emotions for Prez, and I’m interested to see how this impacts the story in future volumes. I really loved this volume, and I think it might be my favorite volume yet.

I absolutely adore the Cursed Princess Club - while I have the WebToon app, I didn't discover this series until earlier this year when my mom picked up the first volume at her library. She was so adamant that I would love it too that I ended up reading the first volume while visiting her, devouring it completely in one day. What I absolutely love about this series is that it reminds me of a DreamWorks cartoon - the drawings and general story will appeal to younger readers, but there are so many jokes and references that only adult readers will truly appreciate.

Cursed Princess Club starts by being a story about the royal family of the Pastel Kingdom - the overprotective, but extremely loving King and his four children: daughter's Maria, Lorena, and Gwendolyn and their extremely pretty brother Jamie (who often get's mistaken for his sister). While the family is extremely loving to each other, Gwendolyn doesn't exactly look like her siblings and it often elicits negative reactions from those around her. This is especially the case after the girls are betrothed to the princes from the Plaid Kingdom and Gwen's new fiancee has a less than stellar response to her.

Gwen ends up running into the forest after the Prince's initial rejection where she meets the Cursed Princess Club, a group of princesses (and one prince!) that have all been forced out of their respective kingdoms due to curses that were placed on them. This ranges from a princess with no eyes, to one with lobster claws for hands, and another that turns into a were-spider at that time of the month. While they assume at first Gwen must be cursed too, over time they realize she's not and this becomes a story about loving yourself for who you are.

I really love this series as a whole and Volume 4 was no different - I enjoyed the advancements in certain stories, specifically Calpernia's and Gwen/Frederick. This book makes me wish the CPC was a real group, as these girls know how to throw parties.

I really look forward to the next volume and am sad there's no publication date announced yet!

This is one of my all time favorite series- a comfort series that I know I'll come back to over and over. I adore the art style and color palette. The story is beautiful and tackles very "real" issues while maintaining a cozy vibe with well placed humor and comedic relief. I love that there's character development and history for even the side characters making this a fully immersive read.

There were some big developments in this volume and I'm already dying to get my hands on volume 5!!
