I have been following Gwendolyn’s story since the very first Volume and was excited to return to the Pastel Kingdom. As every part of the story so far this is about self love and accepting ourselve. Gwendolyn has come so far in this with help from her friends at the CPC but you also see other characters learning to love themselves as well.
I absolutely love this series and think that it provides great reflection for books that are also cute and lighthearted.
I love this series. I love how the characters have developed over the four volumes, especially Gwen and Frederick. It goes against every stereotype of princesses that is so prevalent in fiction. I can't wait for the next volume, and highly recommend this series to people who like their princesses a little quirky.
I like it very much, The drawings are improved and I like how portraits relationships. Unfortunately, the number one didn't work in sales and we only let me have this tittle on request.
Thanks for let me read.
Gwen's journey towards self love continues as she is asked to plan a dinner party to introduce the Cursed Princess Club to her father. When Frederick follows her to the club grounds, several pasts come to light - including what really happened to Prez.
I continually fall in love with this story every time I open the pages. There are so many little details that bring humor to the story. Love, Love, Love it!
I just love this series so so much! The artwork is giving nostalgic 90s sailor moon type vibes and it's just stunning. But pairing it with whip smart laugh out loud humor and characters that I just can't get enough of is just perfect. It also has so much heart at the core of the story. I think this may be my favorite webtoon ever ❤️
I have greatly enjoyed following this story on WEB Toons and am so happy that it has come to book format. I have a few copies in my middle school classroom and they are always being borrowed by students. I find all types of students enjoy it and appreciate that different personalities, orientations, and inner struggles are show through the characters and able to connect to various different children. In Volume Four, we continue to see Gwen struggle with her perception of herself and the ugliness she sees, where others can see her beauty. I love how supportive her family and the Cursed Princess Club (CPC) are for her and was happy to see lots of characters finally collide in this book. Fredrick runs into the CPC and progress moves forward with him and Gwen, and we get a new cursed character from Calpernia's past who promises to bring a lot of excitement in the next volume!
I know I could just read this on Webtoon but I do really enjoy having a physical copy of this one. I really love Cursed Princess Club a lot. It’s such a great story and I love all of the characters and the artwork is amazing! I definitely can’t wait to get my hands on this (I already have it preordered!) and to read more from the Cursed Princess world. I highly recommend this graphic novel! Thanks to Netgalley and the Publisher for a copy of the arc in return for an honest review!
This series is so cute. It's about a club for cursed princesses. We get to follow and see their unique stories of how the girls learn to love themselves and live with their curses. This is such a cute spin on princesses with curses.
I love and really enjoy this book.
The art style is really beautiful and soft, and the characters are unique and interesting.
The story pacing is great, their are enough characters and storylines going on that you never feel bored.
I can't wait to read volume 5 when it comes out.
Honestly I have such a profound love for this graphic novel series. I have never had a series make me laugh out loud so much. The characters are just all amazing, the writing is fantastic and the art is really just the cherry on top. I will preach about this series for as long as I live tbh. I love the message behind this story as well. It's really just such a good comforting and loveable story.
Another great volume of The Cursed Princess Club. I enjoyed this volume just as much as the previous ones.
I do highly recommend.
There were literal screams of joy from my 5th grade daughter when I showed her that I had early access to the 4th book in the Cursed Princess Club series. My daughter loves the manga style of books, but it has been a huge challenge finding appropriate texts in this genre for her age. She is a super high reader, and I’m constantly on the hunt for challenge texts that fit her age. The Cursed Princess Club is one of her favorite series.
10/10 I love our cursed princesses and everything they do. This was probably the least invested I've been in a story so far but even with that it's still 5 stars! Even the worst Cursed Princess Club is better than most comics best issues.
Another great volume of The Cursed Princess club. I love the lessons in forgiving yourself, letting yourself grieve, and self-love. This volume answered some questions but also brought out new ones.
