A new cookbook that features recipes that are both gluten free and dairy free. I liked the variety here, plus there were pictures for every recipes, which I love! I also like that Cochran created recipes where you can just easily substitute flour with gluten and normal butter without really any modifications (maybe time a little, but no weird ingredient rearranging, etc.).

I absolutely love everything about this book. Finally, a cook book for us that are lactose and gluten intolerant. This books shows that we can still eat yummy found without experiencing nasty effects of our intolerances. Highly recommend.

I initially applied for Craveworthy Baking because I have a friend whose child has allergies, and I saw this as a great opportunity to increase my knowledge and potentially provide some tasty treats.

I loved that the book contained varying levels of difficulty in the recipes, with simple options and more complex bakes suited to different occasions. I also realized that my pantry was woefully underprepared.

The layout of the book was fantastic, and the pictures of the cakes and bakes made me crave them!

As someone who does a significant amount of gluten free baking (the perils/pleasures of being married to a coeliac!) I was really excited to see this book with its mouthwatering cover and appealing title. This is an extensive collection of gluten- and dairy-free recipes across multiple sweet and savoury categories.

The photography in this recipe book is eye-catching and hunger-inducing and the instructions are clear and simple. While there are other go-to gluten free books on my shelf, I appreciate how this one also celebrates dairy free options and doesn’t shy away from cheesecakes, crème brûlées and caramels which are difficult to achieve without dairy!

I’m really excited to try baking the Pecan Pie Cheesecake Bars and Lemon/Blueberry Bundt Cake which both look INCREDIBLE!

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the advance digital copy. I’m keen to get a physical version for my recipe book shelf and get it dirty with ingredients like all well-loved collections.

I’ve been gluten and lactose free for almost 6 years now, and often find myself being very jealous of the baked goods that others get to enjoy.

The cover of Craveworthy Baking is what really caught my attention. If brownies that look like that are safe for me to eat, then that’s a big win. I found the pages on measurements, essentials and substitutions to be very helpful, as ingredients such as heavy cream aren’t always in stock at my local shop.

Craveworthy Baking offers recipes for a wide range of goodies, from key lime pie to baked donuts. I really appreciate that each recipe is accompanied by a photograph, it makes picking one out to try even easier. This book is a must-have for my fellow intolerance/allergy folk who are looking to expand their collection of craveworthy recipes.

It is hard to find gluten and dairy free recipes that ALSO taste good. I've tried two recipes in here so far and they were pretty good. I'm looking forward to trying the rest and being able to offer my family a wider range of baked goods.
