I was drawn to this book because I have experienced many pregnancy losses myself. None of them were as traumatic to me as this author’s was to her, since they were all very early and I knew something was wrong with most of them. However, I have experienced the death of an older child, and can definitely relate to her feelings of loss and grief. I appreciated Rachel’s encouragement, and the lessons she has learned that she was able to share. I also appreciated learning about how men and women experience loss differently, and grieve differently. That was helpful to me.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author, and these are my honest thoughts about it.

I thought this book was very well done. If you're not big into religion this book is still for you. There are parts that go deep into bible talk but the author uses a lot of personal experience and also science to back up different points which I appreciated. I think this book is a must read for anyone who has had a miscarriage and it even had a section for partners which is a great bonus. I want to thank the author for putting her story out there so others don't feel quite so alone.

If I could buy 20 copies right now of this book and gift it to friends and family I would. It was absolutely precious from start to finish. Just darling!
