The author introduces a method she calls DIVA, invented by her.
The emphasis on intersectionality, inclusivity, and supporting women stood out for me. Several parts of the book were fresh and original advice. I took away some advice from this book, though I am probably not the most ideal audience, and recommend this to more corporate career and entrepreneurship oriented readers. I requested this book knowing the limitations of the overlapping space between my perspective, values and career and such a book, and I was not disappointed.
2.5 stars for me, 3.5 rounded up for the potential reader, if I put myself in their shoes.
