This book is supposed to be like mysteriously romantic but I was just not feeling it. Plus for her to see this add asking for only one night, I’d be personally kind of pissed. Like one night is all it’d take to get over her, be it the real her or not smh. I think what bothers me is it’s kind of a been there done that storyline. She’s a waitress at a restaurant, meets this random stranger and they hit it off until he disappears. It’s hard to really rate this overall because it’s fairly short and ends out of nowhere and of course with a hella cliffy. While I can’t deny there was chemistry I just build a connection with either and while I want to know what happens, I’m kind of over it.
