The book kicks off with Lucy having to cancel her wedding and being invited to participate in a children camp by her brother and his best friend Jax, who she hates because he nearly destroyed her family.

Jax, NFL superstar, is close to retire and wants to give back to his community by starting a children camp. His best friend’s sister Lucy, seems like the perfect choice to include due to her line of work, but when he sees she hates him he lets go of the idea.

After Lucy finds out she has been wrong about Jax for so long, she extends an olive branch by attending one of his games and apologizing to him. They end up spending a few nights in the hot tub and confront their attraction, that is when things begin to heat up and lines become blurry.

Overall, the book is engaging and keeps the reader hooked. I enjoyed the family dynamic both of the MMC and the FMC had, it added dimension to the book.

Narration Notes:
Enjoyed the narration, although would prefer a male narrator for Jax’s parts.

Tropes:
* Brother’s best friend
* Sport romance
* Age gap
* He falls first
* 3rd person POV

3.5⭐️ so I’m rounding to 4

This is the third installment of The Wylder series by Samantha Chase. It can be read as a standalone, which is how I read it.

This book is phenomenal. If you love small town romance, check this one out. It's literally one of the best.

Lucy, a pediatric physical therapist, has a grudge against Jax, a NFL football star. Jax is Lucy's Brothers best friend. Are they a live match? Hmmm. Have to read it!!!!

Many thanks to Net Galley and Dreamscape Media for an audio ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Undeniable Love
Wylder Love, Book 3
By: Samantha Chase
Narrated by: Amy McFadden

This book is the exact reason I love Samantha Chase. Engaging characters and a love story that I could not put down. Lucy is the youngest in her family, and since her brother Tyler's accident has been on a hate streak for the Wylder family. After all, if Jax wasn't drunk and could have driven her brother home, and if his father wasn't drunk and hit him, her family's life would have been much different. But is that the truth? Now seeing Jax, and having to deal with him, secrets are revealed and feelings grow. Jax too has obstacles to overcome. Can these two heal each other and find their happiness? Love, love, love this story. It's about being overprotected and not knowing all the facts, dealing with life only as you know it, finding the even ground and realizing you have found the one. I could not stop listening to this, enjoying the brothers, hearing the history and now the seeing the future these two could have. It's an amazing addition to the series and is pure enjoyment.

Amy McFadden is the story teller and she is fantastic! Her voices never cease to amaze me, each one fitting the character and making them real. She brings this story alive and made the listen emotionally driven and romantic!

To note, I am not in the NFL nor am I a physical therapist. However, I'm an occupational therapist and a former Division I collegiate athlete, so I am very familiar with both high-level athletics and pediatric rehabilitation. There is not a WORLD in which players are kept after a game to watch film for hours. Athletes have post-game rehabilitation and cool-down work but nobody is sitting on the football field to watch game footage. It was also incredibly obvious that Samantha Chase did inadequate due diligence on researching pediatric PT spaces. I was in physical therapy for a large part of my adolescence and as mentioned, am extremely familiar with these spaces given my career. Maybe it's just because I'm knowledgeable about sports/PT but the way these sections were portrayed were done SO poorly that it took away from the entire book.

Those aside, I mean, it wasn't terrible. It was a good audiobook to listen to while training for a half marathon. The ending was cute. I love love. The character arcs were realistic. But so much of the plot and details of the story were SO unrealistic and terribly written that it made this book difficult to follow.

We are back in South Creek where another of the Wylder brothers finds love. This time the story belongs to the well known and much admired NFL player Jax Wylder.
Jax has always loved playing football but a recent injury has him home for a while. Making him even considering the possibility of retirement sooner than later as well as thinking of a camp for kids with disabilities. Home is also where twelve years ago the life of his best friend Tyler changed forever.
Meanwhile, Lucy Dawson , a pediatric physical therapist and sister of Jax’s best friend, has been eager to leave town to experience the city , especially now that she’s about to get married.
The day her wedding pictures were to be taken , she discovers her fiance is not whom she thought he was, and ends the engagement. Somehow realizing that she was more interested in the move than the potential nuptials.
What she didn’t expect was for Jax to propose her a place to work in his camp. Especially when she blames him for the injuries that changed her brother’s life.
When Lucy realizes she could be mistaken on who was to blame , she warms up to the potential proposition , as well as finds herself developing feelings for Jax.
But can they really make a long distance relationship work? What happens when priorities seem to be changing?
This was another entertaining and engaging story in the series. It’s a story about family, clearing the past, taking chances in life and realizing that love is worth taking a chance as well.
Amy McFadden’s narration of the story brings it to life.
I was entrusted a copy of this audiobook by Netgalley and Dreamscape. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

Lucy Dawson is a small town girl and just wants out of South Creek, until she finds her fiance literally with his pants down with their wedding photographer and she sends him packing. Jax Wylder is an NFL superstar who is contemplating retirement after this season and looking to the future and needing some help with PR. While talking with his best friend about his idea for a kid's camp he finds out that Lucy, his friend's sister, is a pediatric physical therapist and would be perfect for the plan. The only problem, she blames Jax for the accident that injured her brother and kept him from the NFL and caused her family their money problems. When she finds out she didn't have her facts straight her world is turned upside down. Now she is working with Jax and he is not the bad guy but someone special. These two are perfect together. Add in their families, the football season, working together and all the rest and they can concur anything. Love the Wylder brothers surround each other with so much love and support!

It’s a sweet hate to love, small town, off limits guy who I’m sure destroyed my family so I can never forgive him, brothers BFF, hero complex, sports romance, instalove story. The main characters are good people who could use some lessons in communication and a bit of maturing, but are well meaning and it's clear how they all care about each other. The story was fun, sweet and romantic and led to a lovely happy ending. Uprated to 4 from what would have been a 3.5 rating.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley.com in exchange for a fair and honest review.

This was a sweet & easy read. A story of enemies to lovers, small town, brothers best friend!

Although This book was not the first in the series, I didn’t have any trouble keeping up/can be read as a standalone but gives little peeks of characters or events from previous books.

This was a great book to listen too! The narrator was awesome! I read it as well and honestly it’s such a great story with wonderful characters that listening or reading is a pleasure.
Can there be more brothers, please? I loved Jax and Lucy’s story so much, but I am so sad this series is over now. I think Lucy’s siblings need stories too, especially Ty.
I was really happy with how much Noah & Lily and Simon & Juliet are in this book though.
Samantha Chase always gives me everything I am looking for in a romance and so much more! And this time there’s even football! Jax and Lucy have a complicated start for sure, in that she does not even like him. Once she finally gets the whole story though she sees him in a whole new light. They have undeniable chemistry. I love their journey and how they make long distance work. I love them together and how much they are there for each other. I thoroughly enjoyed this book!

A small girl humiliated days before her wedding and her misguided hatred for the hometown NFL superstar.

Lucy Dawson's plans of leaving her small town come to a halt when she is betrayed by her fiance. Now she has to find a new purpose in her small hometown. The last person she expects that purpose to come from is her brother's best friend, NFL superstar Jax Wylder.

An accident that changed her brother's life has been Lucy's reason for hating Jax and for Jax's feelings of guilt. But Lucy will learn that she never had the whole story.

Misplaced feelings of hatred and guilt lead to new feelings and how to deal with them will develop.

4.5 stars
This is a fun, entertaining read. Jax and Lucy are intriguing, complex, wounded, strong, smart, engaging, interesting, entertaining characters. I enjoyed their romance and the path it took to get to their HEA. These two are fun to spend time with. I loved the small town feel and family aspects of the story. The secondary characters added to the fabric of the story and my enjoyment. The story is easy to read and get into.

I enjoyed the audio version of this book and the narrator.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I really enjoy Samantha Chase’s books for a light, escapist comfort read, and Undeniable Love was just that.

This was a sweet and heartfelt story of enemies to lovers, complete with a small town setting and brothers best friend/famous football player. I enjoyed the comfortable genuine development of Jax and Lucy’s relationship as they navigated their respective careers and family dynamics. Their reactions and choices at time felt overly dramatic, but honestly it was endearing, and was a cute quirk of their relationship.

The narration was animated and well paced. It was easy to get caught up in the story and the narrator did a wonderful job capturing the characters of both Lucy and Jax and all of their scheming siblings.

This book was easy to enjoy as a standalone, but there were more minor threads that have me keen to pick up the other books in this series.

Thank you Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for this audiobook. Opinions expressed are my own.

Love, love, 💕. I finished this book in one day. Now that's a true 5 star book. In my opinion this is the best book of the series. I love Lucy and Jax. They are so perfect together and really balance each other out. Ying and Yang. I really hope we get a Dawson series of books.

Cute story. I haven’t read the others in this series but was definitely easy as a standalone. Lucy had it all wrong about Jax and had a misconceived point of view how the events happened of her brother’s accident. Laying blame on Jax for all of her families misfortunes since. Upon finding out the truth she was able to let her walls down and give into her attraction to him. This built into a sweet love story. I liked the book a lot. I didn’t care for the narrator. Her voice was grating and at times I was ready to give up and try reading the digital copy. I was invested enough to get through until the end. I hate to say it but I don’t think I’d listen to her as a narrator again. Thank you to NetGalley for this free advanced copy. I am leaving this review voluntarily

Book 3 in the Wylder Love series. Would work as a stand alone, but I would also say it would be better as part of the series.

Jax Wylder is the hometown hero- local guy who made it big in the NFL. Everyone loves him. And Lucy Dawson hates him. Jax and Lucy's brother were best friends growing up, but an accident on Grad Night ruined her brother's NFL dreams and Lucy blames Jax. When Jax wants to open a camp for disabled children in his hometown, he tries to get Lucy to consult. She is the only pediatric physical therapist in the area. But he didn't realize she hated him all of these years later. Can he change her mind?

I liked this, but not as much as book two. There were just a few things that didn't make sense to me. Keeping their relationship a secret. And Lucy's willingness to take random days off without notice. She loves her career and patients so much, yet she runs off without notice. Oh, and while I hate all third act break ups, this one was a new level of ridiculous.

All of that said, this is probably my favorite overall series by [author:Samantha Chase|1250276]. And while there are three brothers and three books, I am fairly certain that there will be at least one more. The ending was awfully abrupt for it to be the end of a series.

Amy McFadden is back as the audiobook narrator and her narration is good as always.

I received an advance audio copy in exchange for an honest review.

This is a clean, sweet romance. A Hallmark movie in book form. I really enjoyed it.
I love how quickly Lucy changed her tune once she heard the truth. Her anger at Jax was irrational from the get go, but anger, resentment, fear, and sadness are all very irrational emotions, so that's nothing to hold against her.
There was a lot of growth for both MCs, and I liked seeing them grow and come together.

Jax and Lucy’s story completely sucked me in from the start and I found any excuse I could to listen. The narrator did a fantastic job switching between characters and I couldn’t imagine how tough that is when you have several male and female characters. Her voice was never to pitchy or too forceful when doing the male characters. I was able to follow along nicely and enjoyed listening!

Now on to the story itself; I couldn’t get enough of it! I love the history between Jax and Lucy. The way things played out was not over the top, no added drama, it was relatable and had me falling further in love with not obly them but the other characters as well.

I did not read the other two books in this series but I was able to follow along nicely and didn’t feel myself missing information. This story is their own and though I do know who the brothers are with I’m still enticed to read to first two books!

I loved this delightful, and heartfelt enemies-to-lovers romance! This slow burn story is filled with witty banter, great characters, and a sweet and steamy storyline with lots of heart. Jax is a hot quarterback and Lucy's older brother's best friend. Lucy had a crush on Jax, until a tragedy happened and their lives were never the same. Lucy has been mad at Jax for twelve years for derailing her brothers NFL career. But when her brother talks her into helping Jax with a project, she reluctantly agrees. As they spend time together, they learn the truth about each other, become closer, and the sparks begin to fly between them. Will they be able to overcome the hate and guilt they have lived with for years, and be able to give in to their undeniable feelings for each other? This was such a sweet and swoony romance! I really fell hard for both Jax and Lucy. They are both genuine and relatable with their flaws, vulnerabilities, and strengths. They live in different worlds but fit so perfectly together, having fun, loving their family, and their passion for each other is off the charts! I also loved their friends and family who were all so funny, supportive, and loyal, making this story even more entertaining.
I am a huge fan of Amy McFadden's voice performances. Her voice is so versatile, and always a pleasure to listen too. She delivered all the emotion, fun, and steam of this story so flawlessly. She also did a great job bringing Jax, and Lucy to life, making me completely invested in their HEA! I really enjoyed listening to this fun, heartfelt and sizzling romance!
