Cute story. I haven’t read the others in this series but was definitely easy as a standalone. Lucy had it all wrong about Jax and had a misconceived point of view how the events happened of her brother’s accident. Laying blame on Jax for all of her families misfortunes since. Upon finding out the truth she was able to let her walls down and give into her attraction to him. This built into a sweet love story. I liked the book a lot. I didn’t care for the narrator. Her voice was grating and at times I was ready to give up and try reading the digital copy. I was invested enough to get through until the end. I hate to say it but I don’t think I’d listen to her as a narrator again. Thank you to NetGalley for this free advanced copy. I am leaving this review voluntarily

Book 3 in the Wylder Love series. Would work as a stand alone, but I would also say it would be better as part of the series.

Jax Wylder is the hometown hero- local guy who made it big in the NFL. Everyone loves him. And Lucy Dawson hates him. Jax and Lucy's brother were best friends growing up, but an accident on Grad Night ruined her brother's NFL dreams and Lucy blames Jax. When Jax wants to open a camp for disabled children in his hometown, he tries to get Lucy to consult. She is the only pediatric physical therapist in the area. But he didn't realize she hated him all of these years later. Can he change her mind?

I liked this, but not as much as book two. There were just a few things that didn't make sense to me. Keeping their relationship a secret. And Lucy's willingness to take random days off without notice. She loves her career and patients so much, yet she runs off without notice. Oh, and while I hate all third act break ups, this one was a new level of ridiculous.

All of that said, this is probably my favorite overall series by [author:Samantha Chase|1250276]. And while there are three brothers and three books, I am fairly certain that there will be at least one more. The ending was awfully abrupt for it to be the end of a series.

Amy McFadden is back as the audiobook narrator and her narration is good as always.

I received an advance audio copy in exchange for an honest review.

This is a clean, sweet romance. A Hallmark movie in book form. I really enjoyed it.
I love how quickly Lucy changed her tune once she heard the truth. Her anger at Jax was irrational from the get go, but anger, resentment, fear, and sadness are all very irrational emotions, so that's nothing to hold against her.
There was a lot of growth for both MCs, and I liked seeing them grow and come together.

Jax and Lucy’s story completely sucked me in from the start and I found any excuse I could to listen. The narrator did a fantastic job switching between characters and I couldn’t imagine how tough that is when you have several male and female characters. Her voice was never to pitchy or too forceful when doing the male characters. I was able to follow along nicely and enjoyed listening!

Now on to the story itself; I couldn’t get enough of it! I love the history between Jax and Lucy. The way things played out was not over the top, no added drama, it was relatable and had me falling further in love with not obly them but the other characters as well.

I did not read the other two books in this series but I was able to follow along nicely and didn’t feel myself missing information. This story is their own and though I do know who the brothers are with I’m still enticed to read to first two books!

I loved this delightful, and heartfelt enemies-to-lovers romance! This slow burn story is filled with witty banter, great characters, and a sweet and steamy storyline with lots of heart. Jax is a hot quarterback and Lucy's older brother's best friend. Lucy had a crush on Jax, until a tragedy happened and their lives were never the same. Lucy has been mad at Jax for twelve years for derailing her brothers NFL career. But when her brother talks her into helping Jax with a project, she reluctantly agrees. As they spend time together, they learn the truth about each other, become closer, and the sparks begin to fly between them. Will they be able to overcome the hate and guilt they have lived with for years, and be able to give in to their undeniable feelings for each other? This was such a sweet and swoony romance! I really fell hard for both Jax and Lucy. They are both genuine and relatable with their flaws, vulnerabilities, and strengths. They live in different worlds but fit so perfectly together, having fun, loving their family, and their passion for each other is off the charts! I also loved their friends and family who were all so funny, supportive, and loyal, making this story even more entertaining.
I am a huge fan of Amy McFadden's voice performances. Her voice is so versatile, and always a pleasure to listen too. She delivered all the emotion, fun, and steam of this story so flawlessly. She also did a great job bringing Jax, and Lucy to life, making me completely invested in their HEA! I really enjoyed listening to this fun, heartfelt and sizzling romance!

This is the second series I've read of Samantha Chases'. Undeniable Love is book three in the Wylder Love series. I had read the the first two books in the series, but I don't think it's necessary. You'll just be missing out on two other great books of hers! ;).

Expected publication is September 17, 2024.

Another great book from my favorite author!
I love reading stories that are set in North Carolina and this one even mentions my town! I have read all of the different series leading up to this one, like Noah and Lily’s and Simon and Juliette’s but I truly enjoyed reading about Lucy and Jax. I could relate to the camp they were talking about opening because of my work as a special education teacher and experience with the therapists that work with my students.

Samantha, I just have to ask… why does it have to be New England winning the darn Super Bowl??? Ugh!!! 😉

Lucy & Jax
Lucy has been mad at Jax for years, ever since he destroyed her brother’s chance in the NFL. But could she possibly not have all her facts straight and maybe the enemy really isn’t one and he’s just a sweetheart?

Jax is looking to open up a camp for disabled children, and he needs Lucy’s help. It’s going to take some convincing on his part in order to get her on board with teaming up with him on anything after what he put her family through.

Of course, being a professional athlete, we have some drama with another woman that causes issues with this job.

Overall, I really liked these two together. They were really cute and sweet. Of course I wish the 3rd act was handled differently, but all works out fine. Also, I really enjoyed Jax’s relationship with his brothers, not sure the extra family drama was needed, though.

Series notes:
I’m usually very strict on reading the series in order, but somehow I missed book 2. His brothers do make some appearances, but I’d say this is fine as a standalone.

Narration notes:
I’ve listened to many, many books of Samantha’s and it’s always Amy narrating. I’ve come accustomed to there only being 1. She does fine, her male voices aren’t that bad, but we all know I’d prefer a male narrator.

Lucy wanted out of her small town so she almost married a man she didn't love, just to get away. She's been angry with Jax for years because he was responsible for an accident that almost took her brother's life, ended her brother's dreams for an NFL career, and impoverished her family with medical bills.

Now, years later, she runs into Jax again and learns that she had so much of it wrong. And against her best efforts, she falls into love with him. He loves her, too, but he always has loved football and now he's contemplating retirement. Can they make a future for themselves?

Obstacles get in the way but with some help, they see themselves together.

The couple is very hot for each other, but after kissing and undressing, the details are in the bedroom, behind closed doors.

Samantha Chase tells a great story. I listened to the audio version. The narrator is a pro and she was excellent.

All Lucy wants is to get out of her hometown she's willing to do anything. But she's always felt like she couldn't leave and in her mind a lot of that has to do with Jax. she has blamed him for the accident her brother has had and taking away his dreams of going to the NHL. When Jax decides he wants to open a camp/clinic for kids with injuries that prevent them from doing there sport and asks lucy for help since she's a pediatric physical therapist.

He learns how she feels about his all these years and she learns her anger isn't all that she thinks it should be and the blame isn't just Jaz fault.

This is book 3 in the Wylder Love Series. I somehow missed book 2 but read book 1. I didn't feel lost or that I was missing anything. This was a quick fast read and the banter they have and how they have to navigate the past and present issues is really great.

Thank You NetGalley for this audio-arc in exchange for my honest opinions.

Thank you Net Galley and Dreamscape Media for the advance copy of Undeniable Love audiobook. I really enjoy Samantha Chase series and this third in the Wylder Love series held up to her standards. A sweet heartfelt story of a younger sister growing up hating her brother's best friend who connect again years later. Narrator does a good job with the characters with emotion. This is a storyline I can't wait for #4.

I didn't realize this was a series and read it as a standalone and enjoyed this fun enemies to lovers. Lucy hates Jack, who is a NFL quarterback and her brother's BFF. Years ago, a tragic situation happened with Jax and Lucy's brother that made Lucy hate him.

Now years later, they are working together to help Jax realize his dream of opening a sports camp for disabled children and needs Lucy's expertise in physical therapy.

Their attraction is intense and the banter was so perfection. I really enjoyed the added family characters which added so much fun to the story.

Amy McFadden did a great job with the narration and brought the fun element to the story.

Thank you @dreamscape_media @netgalley for a copy of this audiobook.

From the moment the two main characters appeared on screen, I was captivated by their undeniable chemistry. There was something truly magical about the way they interacted—always dancing around each other, subtly hinting at their feelings without ever fully giving in. Every glance, every word exchanged felt charged with an intensity that made me hold my breath, waiting for the moment they would finally come together.

What made their relationship so special was the secrecy that surrounded it. They were clearly drawn to each other, yet circumstances or perhaps their own fears kept them apart. It was fascinating to watch them navigate their world, hiding their connection from others and, at times, even from themselves. The tension between them was palpable, and it kept me on the edge of my seat, wondering when—or if—they would ever truly acknowledge what they meant to each other.

And then, just when it seemed like they might finally be ready to embrace their feelings, something happened that shattered everything. The event was so sudden and devastating that it felt like the air had been sucked out of the room. For a moment, I couldn't see how they would ever recover from it. But in the end, it was this very tragedy that brought them, and everyone else, together in a way that was both heartbreaking and beautiful.

What starts out as enemies ends up as so much more when Lucy and Jax finally get the chance to right the wrongs that have plagued their friendship. And with a little spark and one kiss, the two embark on a relationship neither one saw coming. Can they overcome the past and hold out for a bright future? Or will the world be against them? With great characters and a storyline that will warm your heart Samantha Chase adds a wonderful addition tot he series. While the e-book was a quick page turner, the audiobook was perfectly narrated. Loved them both.

I loved this story. I was smiling throughout the whole thing. There was wonderful chemistry between Lucy and Jax. There was also an added emotion layer that added a lot of depth to the story. Jax is so down to earth and I loved him. I also loved the found family type dynamic this book had. I will definitely be reading the rest of the series.

Amy McFadden did an amazing job narrating this book. He narration allowed me to get lost in the story in the best way.

If you love small town romance, hockey romance, enemies to lovers, and brother's best friend then this book is for you.

Samantha Chase's books always have me smiling as I read them. Undeniable Love was no different. I loved both the main characters, Lucy and Jax, and was cheering them on as they tried to find a way to make their relationship work in the situations they found themself in. This small town, sports romance with the brother's best friend trope thrown in was a delightful read. I listened to the audiobook in one sitting - the story was so good and the narration was fantastic.
