This was a great mystery! I loved the main character and her detective abilities. There was definitely alot of intrigue in this book, I could never quite figure out who was the bad guy! I think the author did a great job of keeping the reader guessing. I liked the multiple POVs, it really helped tell each character's story.

I loved the author's note too! The actress in book was based on Grace Kelly which was really interesting to learn about her history!

I really wanted to learn more about what happened to everyone at the end and that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I felt like it ended rather abruptly after the end of the mystery. Overall, I enjoyed this quick read and loved all the characters. I can't wait for book 2!

I loved this book ! This was a fast paced read full of mystery in a historical setting! I loved the way the author made all of the book very atmospheric and capable to keep me on edge!

I really enjoyed this as a opening chapter in Ariadne Winter Mystery series, it had that concept that I was looking for and enjoyed figuring out what was happening in the mystery novel. The characters worked well overall and glad it was so well done, it was a strong opener and can’t wait for more in this series.
