I read 77 Day in September and this is the sequel which I had been awaiting for a while. What happened to Kyle once he finally made it home and how life is now post EMP, unfortunately it wasn't a happily ever after once he had found his family. There is a lot of action, shock and I think everything you would really expect of what it would be like Post EMP.
I was a bit annoyed with some references, but maybe that is because I am not an American reading it, so I carried on.
On the whole it was a brilliant book, perhaps not as good as the first but still kept me hooked to the very end.
