This book screams cozy fantasy. I love how much personality is given to an animal (Archie). He was my favorite character and I couldn't get enough of him. I felt like I was completely transported into the town. A perfect addition to your Fall TBR. This book had all the found family good feelings. This was closed door.

"A Drop of Fortune (Four Corners Coven #1)" by Danielle Garrett is very much Cozy Fantasy with a hint of cozy mystery. The mystery part focuses on Royal Witch Evelyn trying to cure the blight on the land surrounding a port city. She's partly there so that she's out of sight out of mind, of sorts, from the king while a power struggle is going between him and his supposed half brother.

The fantasy part is this is a bit along the lines of your typical dungeons and dragons or fantasy renaissance/medieval fair. It all kept very cozy level. No swearing, romance is very mild and any violence is implied but not described.

Absolutely loved!
Rain storms, inns, spells, potions, stews, a magic shop, flying broomsticks and a love interest? The perfect cozy book to start a series I can’t wait to read more of.
Fantastic narration as always from Amanda Ronconi

This is the perfect book to start off the fall season! Such a fun comfy and cozy read. I loved all the characters especially Archie the owl. This found family made me so happy. I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends and excited for the series to continue.

Narrated by Amanda Ronconi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She is one of my favorite narrators.

This is quintessential cozy fantasy romance with a twist of mystery and romance. It was very low stakes but I could easily see myself reading an entire 10 book series set in this village within a week without even noticing. I would say not every book needs spice but this book could have really hit a perfect niche if it had some. It is closed door for my fellow romance readers but ends with a HFN

Definitely on the cozy side. This was such a good easy read, no high stakes and extremely cute. Love the characters and that owl is way too sarcastic sometimes. It has family found. Found your place. And I loved all the characters, side ones and main . Would definitely recommend!!!
