Amazing Grace is a collection of daily scripture readings with thoughts you can meditate on a daily basis throughout the year. Very helpful and useful resource for Christians who would like to turn their hearts to God. Prayerfully start and end the day with this book. It is a personal meditative opportunity and time to spend under the word of god through this wonderful book called Amazing Grace. Amazing Grace is a collection of well written devotionals. I think this book would make a fantastic gift for any occasion. I received an advance ebook from Netgalley and the publisher. This is my unbiased review.

Amazing Grace by Our Daily Bread Ministries is a year of thoughtful devotions on the theme of grace. What a marvelous collection this is. Beginning with the background of the writer of Amazing Grace and ending with New Beginnings this is a devotional not to be missed. Taken from past monthly Our Daily Bread archives, these are short devotional focusing and teaching on grace. How we so need it today and then need show it to others in our lives. I loved the in depth look at a sone each month as well as the variety of authors. Perfect for personal use or as a wonderful holiday gift to someone as we celebrate God’s gift of grace through Christ to us all.

My only suggestion would have been an added idea of life application with journaling space, along with the reflection statement at the end of each day.

Amazing Grace is a lovely collection of grace-focused devotions to remind us of the precious gift of grace and how it manifests itself in our life. The vignettes behind beloved hymns that begin each new month of devotions reinforces the devotions and share fascinating nuggets of historical background on the hymns we sing but don’t always think about This devotional is the perfect start to a grace-filled day.
