Thank you to NetGalley, Brittany, and Leafwood Publishers for the E-ARC

From the very first glance, Glow Up: A Teen's Guide to Flipping the Script captures attention with its eye-catching cover and its promise to help teenagers reshape their inner dialogue. However, as you dive into its pages, it becomes evident that this book is not just for teens—women of all ages can find valuable lessons within its chapters.

Brittany Estes masterfully addresses how fear and the possibility of failure influence our daily lives. Through a Christian lens, she provides tools to reframe these emotions, turning them from obstacles into opportunities for growth. Her core message is clear: fear does not define us, and failure is not the end—it is a stepping stone to greater strength and faith.

One of the book’s strongest aspects is its relatable and authentic tone. The writing flows effortlessly, making it easy to absorb and apply its insights. Each chapter encourages deep reflection while providing practical, scripture-based solutions. This makes Glow Up a powerful resource for anyone looking to boost self-esteem and confidence from a faith-centered perspective.

Additionally, the perspective of a Christian woman on self-acceptance and personal growth adds an extra layer of depth and empowerment. In a world where social pressures and self-doubt can be overwhelming, Glow Up serves as a refreshing and reliable guide to changing your inner narrative and living with purpose.

⭐ Three Reasons Why You Should Read This Book
1️⃣ Transforms Your Mindset – Learn how to reframe fear and failure through a Christian perspective, helping you grow in confidence and faith.
2️⃣ Inspirational and Easy to Read – The book feels like a heartfelt conversation with a wise and understanding friend.
3️⃣ Biblically Grounded Guidance – Offers scripture-based support for moments of doubt and personal challenges.

I was provided with a free ARC by the author.🌃👌🏽

This book is a delightful and relatable read! One of the first things that caught my eye was the cover. I never say cute buttttt I do have to say that the cover is cute

The author weaves scriptures into everyday life, making easy for kids to understand how scripture can be used today and is relatable. It's an engaging read and is short and easy to get through. 📖

While it’s not something I’d place in the YA category, it’s a perfect fit for readers aged 9-12 or those in middle grade. If you’re looking for something light, fun, and thought-provoking this book is definitely worth checking out! 😊

Thanks Netgalley
