This was a very interesting book to read on the psychology of money. As a mental health professional, I am always a bit skeptical of people branding themselves as "therapists" with none of the appropriate academical background, but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by this book! It would be a great tool to trigger some introspection on your relationship with money, and consumer behavior in general, and an interesting conversation starter.

I received a complimentary copy from.the pinlisher and all opinions expressed are mine.

*"Money on Your Mind"* by Vicky Reynal is a fun and insightful read. The book delves into the complex world of finances, offering practical advice wrapped in a conversational tone. Reynal does a great job of breaking down tough financial concepts into digestible bits, making it accessible for anyone, whether you're a financial newbie or just looking to brush up on your money management skills. The casual style keeps things light and easy to follow, while still providing valuable takeaways. It's a refreshing approach to a topic that can often feel overwhelming, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to get their finances in check without feeling bogged down.

This book entered my world at exactly the right time. I overspend and needed ways to figure out why. Reynal's words made my habits much more clear. I found her writing style to be easy to understand and super informative. I learned so much. I also feel confident in making significant changes and getting to the root of my emotional spending habits. I've already told my husband he needs to read it! Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.
