This biography of Laura Ingalls Wilder will help young readers separate the stories that she wrote from the actual facts of her life. The stories did follow her life very closely, but this biography continues on, and includes how she began writing them. Includes activities, recipes, and crafts. Recommended for grades 2-6.

This was so wonderful to read. These books were the books that made me a reader. I liked this book that gave some great facts about Laura that I never knew. This is a book that I will share with other readers and my students.
