Nice cookbook with really nice photos.
I’m sure I’ll be making a few of these recipes.
This would make a nice gift for someone new to cooking.

I love the concept of this cookbook, as I'm sure several other working moms will (and many others!). Cute cover and cute design throughout.

Many recipes don't have pictures and as a cookbook consumer, I want a picture with every recipe every time. It makes a big difference being able to visualize the end product!! Also, I'm not sure if this is an eARC issue only or not, but each section did not have title. There was an intro paragraph in which I could glean what the next section would be about, I could see section titles in the table of contents and on the bottom of the pages throughout each section, but no section title!!

Having to figure out what to cook every day is hard enough as it is and even worse when you're just not in the mood to cook something that takes a lot of time and effort. This cookbook grabbed my attention right away because if I have to cook, I would love to make it simple and also avoid the amount of dishes when I'm done.

This cookbooks offers 100 quick and simple "low pre, no mess" recipes. I appreciated that the recipes were separated out by cookware used.
Each recipe has step by step instructions, both prep and active cook times, yield, tips, substitutions, and nutritional information.

All of the recipes sound good and seem simple enough. My biggest complaint is that only 40% of the recipes had pictures of what the dishes look like and of course most of the ones I thought sounded like something I would make had no pictures.

I also think many of the dishes could be cooked in more than one of the cookware mentioned (and just as easily), so they maybe could have notated that. I kept thinking along the lines of, "Why do I need a soup pot for that when I could use a lidded skillet?"

Something I appreciated is that the book includes an appendix for the recipes that is organized by total cook time, shortest to longest.

I love that this recipe book makes dinner time easier to put together and less dishes to clean! It is great for someone who wants something that is delicious but they can still squeeze in on a busy night!

I liked the way that the categories were divided by the way they cook (Dutch oven, casseroles, sheet pans, etc.). I feel like this makes it easy to just open up to the section to find a meal for a specific type of cooking. I love that the recipes use ingredients that are easy to find and I am familiar. The directions are easy to read and follow along to as well.

The only think I didn't love about the book was that I wished it had more pictures. That being said it is still a great cookbook.

Just what I needed. A book to make my life easier. Something I can throw together in one pot, so my kitchen doesn't look like a demolition zone, SOLD.

This book was perfect for me, I have ADHD and have such a hard time deciding what to make for dinner, and normally decide by the amount of dishes it would be, Now I have over 100 different meals to try easily!

The format is messed up on this book. There are big splotches kind oh whiting out whatever should have been written or pictured. And the pictures that were in the book didn’t line up with the recipes.
The recipes sound good. It has potential.

While the ARC was difficult to read formatting wise, the recipes look delightful and I look forward to reading the full cookbook! I always love to have new ideas for quick meals.

I cooked professionally for many years, but I still love to see a cookbook that makes cooking accessible and easy for beginners. There is a broad range of recipe types and flavor profiles, so I think this cookbook would appeal to almost anyone. There’s a lot of diversity, including lamb and seafood, which isn’t usually featured in a cookbook focused on easy, low-fuss recipes. These recipes aren’t just for 1-pot options either. There’s a section for woks, grills, slow cookers, and even dishes made in a mixing bowl. I was really impressed by the broad range of options! I think it’s fantastic that at the back of the book there is a list of the recipes sorted by cook time, and as a working girl sometimes it’s more important how long my meal will take to make than anything else. At the front of the book, there’s a fantastic section that covers how to care for and choose the right option of the various cooking vessels. The cast iron section was spot on for how to properly use and maintain your cast iron. I was impressed by how in depth even the sheet pan section was. I also like that on the recipes it states prep time, cook time, and hands-off time. I’m looking forward to adding this book to my shelf at home. I will say if you have dietary restrictions then you may be disappointed as there is not much for gluten-free, vegan, etc. I don’t count that as a criticism against the book though, as nutrition and health aren’t the main focus nor the demographic this would be marketed towards.

This was soo needed in my life. I'm a nurse, my husband is a teacher and i'm caring for my ailing dad too, dinner is never easy. Deciding what to make for dinner is even harder. There are so many great recipes in this book that I can throw together, forget about and still have for dinner later that day! Perfect.

Delicious, easy recipes, that even a beginner can do! I loved trying a few of these out with my husband. They were fast and simple and I didn't feel overwhelmed making beautiful dishes. The pictures helped us choose what looked good, too. Sometimes recipe books are hard to flip through because there are no photos showing us what we're making, so I appreciated each one having a picture to go with.

Quick (but not super healthy) recipes, unfortunately. I will say, I had a hard time navigating it on Kindle as the layout was super choppy and recipes ran into one another.

Overall, there were a handful of recipes that looked great and easy to make! I appreciated that the nutrition facts were added for each recipe. What surprised me was how high the sodium content was in majority of the recipes. Most of which had over 1,500mgs of sodium for a single serving.

If I were to make any recipes, I would be adjusting the seasonings quite heavily. Example: Old Bay Seasoning is used in a few recipes with high sodium counts. I would either cut the seasoning blend down to 1/3 or less or I would make my own blend that’s similar without the excessive salt.

There were some really great recipes in this book and I loved how simple they were for busy nights. The main downside, for me, is that there are a lot of recipes in here that have seafood in them, which I am unable to eat.

I was initially drawn to this because of the title. As someone who loves the idea of cooking but often finds themself too busy to make dinner more nights than not I was very interested in seeing whether or not this cookbook would be helpful.

The recipes are organized by which piece of kitchen equipment the recipe would use (pot, skillet, dutch oven, mixing bowl, casserole dish, sheet pan, grill, instant pot, soup pot, wok, and slow cooker) which I found really helpful as I don't own some of these so I can just skip over those sections. I also appreciated the layouts of the recipes. The formatting was bright and clean and each recipe had tips and substitutions an on the side. The end also has an appendix that organizes recipes by time (prep or total cooking) and there's a US/metric conversion chart as well.

I haven't actually tried any of these recipes but I have a couple tabbed to try out soon!

A great variety of recipes and techniques for those who don't have the time or energy to cook elaborate meals. We tried a few, and they were all so tasty!

This is a great cookbook. The cover drew me in, alongside the promise of easy meals.

It’s broken out into sections such as one pot, dutch oven, skillet, casserole, crockpot, etc. I’m partial to the crockpot and casserole sections, and while I’ll say there’s still a lot of ingredients for each recipe, the one pot promise is true.

At the back of the book there’s a section with the recipes bucketed into groups by prep and total times, which is great. There’s also a conversion chart for easy reference.

This is a great resource for those who want to get tasty meals on the table fast and with minimal effort. The recipes are clear and very easy to follow, they're all composed of ingredients that are readily obtainable at any decently stocked grocery store. Along with these essential qualities, there is a fantastic variety of dishes here - some of which are classics changed to boost their cooking ease, boost their protein power, or another helpful tweak, and some of which were brand new to me. Also, the meals are all nicely organized both into chapters by preparation style (sheet pan, Dutch oven, etc.), and at the end there's a completely different breakdown of dishes by their estimated time to cook, which some people will definitely find most useful on particularly busy evenings or nights when they're simply lower on bandwidth than normal.

I've seen more than by far share of cook books promising relatively quick and easy meals - but this is one of the few that actually delivers on all fronts, and mightily so!
