This cookbook is wonderful for people who already know how to cook really well and have a well-stocked pantry and spice rack! The recipes look and sound delicious, I love that the dishes have a wide range between vegetarian and all the meat. The variety of seafood recipes was especially nice. That said, this cookbook is not for people on a budget; many of the ingredients are on the pricey side so that was disappointing. If you're a seasoned cook then you'll enjoy browsing through this cookbook though! There really is a recipe for everyone!
Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to read the free ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I received an ARC of this cookbook from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
This is a great cookbook full of really easy recipes to make when you don't feel like cooking!

Absolutely loved this cookbook! So easy handle and easy to maneuver! The only critique I would give would be that every recipe needs a picture.

I love the idea of a cookbook devoted to one pot easy meals. I am always looking for this type of recipe for weeknight dinners so this book interested me right off the bat. I thought the layout and graphics were fun and quirky which added to the overall aesthetic of the book. The recipes are unique yet delicious. I found it convenient that the recipes were organized by how they were cooked. I especially liked the section at the end that had the recipes organized by time to make. I thought it was great that all of the ingredients are easy to find and many are pantry staples. I can see this book being a well-used book with my family, and definitely one that I will reach for when I need a quick meal. I would recommend this book to anyone. It would even make a great gift.

Loved the illustrations and the aesthetics of this book! Recipes are easy to follow along and includes foods from different cultures which I loved. The "Hands-Off Cook Time" portion was a great inclusion since it allows me to plan ahead of other things I can get done while the dish is cooking. The book also separates the recipes at the end by the cooking time which is good for those on the go.
I wish the book included more photos of the recipes. I will also say the photos they did include that incorporated bread did not look that appetizing. Maybe it's just me but the photos just made the bread look really dry.
Overall, great cookbook for those on the go or for those who don''t enjoy spending much time in the kitchen. Would definitely try out more recipes from the book when I don't feel like cooking :)

I absolutely loved this, as someone that does really need quick meals sometimes, this actually gave me ideada, for things real people eat.
Loved that it wasn't a bunch of recipes and ideas that sound good on paper and don't actually translate in ream life.
I will be actually using some of this.

I have to start off by saying that I LOVE that this actually provides exactly what it promises. If there's one thing I hate about recipe books/cookbooks it's when it says that it provides something specific but actually doesn't but this doesn't do that at all. There are plenty of recipes, they're varied and they actually are easy, done in one pot meals with easily accessible ingredients. As someone who struggles with cooking and eating in general due to personal issues this is a fantastic book! I also loved the layout and the pictures

I love how easy these recipes are! Not only are they one pot, but most have fairly reasonable ingredient lists with store bought items (that can be swapped out easily for homemade versions if that's your thing). I also love when a book gives good advice on top of good recipes - which this one absolutely does. It gives two reminders at the start of the book: always read the recipe all the way through and always prep everything before starting to cook. I made both mistakes frequently when I started cooking and it really makes everything harder if you don't.

The "I Don't Want to Cook" Book: Dinners Done in One Pot by Alyssa Brantley is my kind of cookbook! I love one pot meals and casseroles. There are some good, creative, and healthy recipes featured and most include full color photos along with the recipe.

This is the perfect cookbook for people like me- busy, tired, and just need something easy that won't use half the dishes in the kitchen. This book is divided by cooking instrument such as wok, slow cooker, and cast iron pan, which makes it much easier to decide what to cook. Highly recommend!

Thank you to NetGalley for the ebook in exchange for an honest review.
Starts with tips, tools, and equipment needed to make your life easier while cooking.
A lot of the recipes did not have pictures and I felt like the graphic design didn’t really attract me. For me, it fell flat. Somehow these still seemed like a hassle to make.
That being said there are some recipes that I liked that I want to try. It also has the serving info: calories, fat, protein, carbs… which is helpful.

Thank you NetGalley for this ARC! This came at the perfect time as I had said “I don’t want to cook” just the night before.
A good collection of recipes, and it doesn’t have too many ingredients in each one where you might not have something on hand.

I really enjoyed this cook book. So many yummy and easy dishes to cook on those days/nights when you can not be bothered. Handy that it is all done in one pot so there is less cleaning. A win win situation.

This is a great cookbook for dinners when you just want great food as easily as possible! I'm going to be honest, that most dinners for me. I love these one pot recipes. I'm very excited to make the pot pie recipe with biscuit crust this week. It looks delicious AND simple.
In a household where both adults work, books like this are the best! Great pictures show you the recipes and there are easy steps with instructions for simple substitutions. Thanks to NetGalley, Adams Media, and Alyssa Brantley for the chance to read and review. My opinions are my own!

A fun idea for a cookbook. I appreciate the simplicity of the book as well. It's clean, clear cut and simple for most people.
There are many recipes that sound amazing and I flipped right away!
The drawbacks- I would have liked more pictures, at least one for every dish. That way I know what I'm aiming for when replicating. I also thought there could have been more defined chapters/sections etc. A little more entertainment value could have been added by putting a blurb or two about the recipe, still a top notch cookbook any busy person would appreciate!

A cookbook for nights when you just don't want to cook. It is divided into sections by the cooking implement such as cast iron skillet, wok, slow cooker, etc. It includes the active and passive time for the cooks and is super user friendly! I enjoyed going through this one. My one wish is that there had been a conversion for the instant pot meals for people without an instant pot!

We LOVE dinner made easy and this cookbook has so many forms of one pot meals! From skillet to dutch oven, from casserole to mixing bowl, from sheet pans to the grill- this book has it all!
I can't wait to try out the recipes (which are written so easy to follow)- especially the Hungarian Chicken Paprikash over Egg Noodles, Tortellini and Cauliflower Loaded Pizza Bake, and Pesto Lovers' Sliders. This covers the full gamut of meals and my stomach is ready for them all!!

This cookbook is a lifesaver! With 100 easy, one-pot recipes, it’s perfect for busy nights when you just can’t handle the idea of cooking or cleaning. Each dish is delicious and hassle-free, making dinner a breeze. The best part? Minimal cleanup! If you want quick, tasty meals with no fuss, this book is a must-have.

This is a brilliant recipe book for those days when you just don't feel for it. It's also filled to the brim with tips, substitutions and nutritional information per serving. What I especially like it's the fact that this isn't just for an oven pan or a skillet but loads of more ways to cook like the instant pot or a wok. My favorite recipe is the creamy chicken enchilada soup that you can cook in your slow cooker
