This sampler contains covers, blurbs and extracts from seven books by Latine/Hispanic authors or featuring Latine/Hispanic characters. I liked that for each book you get to read the first chapter to get a sense of the writing style and characters. Out of the seven books presented I have read and enjoyed Suddenly a Murder by Lauren Muñoz and I would be interested in reading Always Isn't Forever by J.C. Cervantes.

Overall this sampler was a great way to discover some new books and authors.

Great recommendations for Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Month. I see a lot of titles I can buy for my school library.
