After a terrible experience leaves her devastated she’s found herself a new love. She made Brent work very hard to change her prejudice about cowboys. He’s too good to be true but he’s very sweet, thoughtful, and religious. Although the story was relatively short with lovely characters I liked him more than her, she was too hardheaded and not someone likable. Received a copy years ago and finally found again to read and review.

The one for my birthday month! I loved this book so much! Cowboys hanging out on the beach was such a fun storyline! This is one of my very favorites from the Year of Weddings collection! Highly Recommended!

I really enjoyed this A Year of Weddings series, and this novella was a good one. Brent and Kelsey have both been burned by love, so they are cautious when it comes to a new relationship. I liked both of them, enjoyed watching their story develop, and was kept interested throughout the book.

Fun, sweet read. I enjoyed it - it's perfect for a season, romantic read.
