This is a wonderful story and so well written. The simple illustrations add to the story. It makes a great story to read together as a family as your family gets ready for Christmas. I was so impressed with the hidden messages I found in the story. Your family will love this little sheep adventure.

The sheep worry because of the sudden disappearance of their shepherds, could it be aliens??? But no, the shepherds have gone to see a baby. What follows is the story of these sheep as they leave for a cross-country adventure. It's a unique take on the traditional story that reinforces lessons of kindness and empathy.

This is a children's chapter book with a fun premise the revolves around a flock of sheep who have lost their shepherds on Christmas eve. Cute art and quirky ideas. I really wanted to love this, but it was just too slow and it never managed to catch my interest. Just a bit bland.
