First rate guide to fermented veggies! Pickles are more than cucumbers, and fermented foods are both healthy and delicious, and very easy to make.

Everyone nowadays is aware of the importance of probiotics, but I believe it is always best to get your nutrition in food form, as the body assimilates it better than any supplement. This lovely book shows you how to make fermented veggies, which are loaded with prebiotics, probiotics, and natural vitamin C, among many other benefits. Easy to read, and good recipes make this a lovely book!
