Wow, what an amazing story! Sarah Adams has done it again! This has been my favorite from the WIR series so far. The two main characters were so likeable, their chemistry was great, the banter was amusing, and Adams did such a good job with the heavier topics of depression, difficult upbringings, death etc. It was a 5/5 read for me. And that scene blocking chapter?! Phew, that was amazing!!! The tension was incredible. Although I've enjoyed every Sarah Adams book I've read so far, this is my new favorite! I'm so excited to recommend this to everyone once it's out! Thanks so much for letting me read it early!!!

Beg, Borrow, or Steal by Sarah Adams is a delightful rivals to lovers romance filled with witty banter and sizzling chemistry. Set in the charming town of Rome, Kentucky, the story follows second grade teachers Emily Walker and Jack Bennett, who have been feuding for years. When Jack returns to town after calling off his wedding, their rivalry reignites, but a surprising turn of events forces them to team up in an unexpected mission. This book is filled with tension and undeniable sparks in this steamy and small town romance!

I loved this! I finished it in one day! The character development is really rich and filled out. even in the secondary characters. I appreciated that there was no third-act breakup, The banter was top-notch and the small town community was a highlight.

Sarah Adams has such a knack for blending humor with heart, and this story is no exception. With laugh-out-loud moments and steamy tension, this book captures the essence of what it means to challenge one another while discovering love in the most surprising ways. It’s a fun, heartfelt escape that had me cheering for Emily and Jack to find their way to each other. A must-read for anyone who loves a good enemies-to-lovers story.

I love Rome, KY! The townspeople are so quirky and fun. It’s always a good day when it’s time to visit Rome via a book!
Emily has always had a spot of my heart and I’m so happy she (and her sharp wit) shines brightly in this book.
Like the rest of the series, once I started this book I didn’t want to stop. Sarah is good at dealing with hard and sad topics in ways that help make her characters feel real and keep the reader invested so we can kick our feet and squeal when good things happen.

Brb crying that I got to read this. I will devour anything Sarah Adams gives me, I absolutely LOVE their work.
This one was no different, absolutely loved it!

Sarah Adam’s is one of my favorite authors. Her stories are slowly evolving into a little more steam less closed door. I loved the characters! I enjoy books that focus on characters that have been introduced in previous novels. You get a little bonus on for on them. This can be read as a stand alone but I highly recommend the whole series.

This is one of my most anticipated titles as Practice Makes Perfect is my all time favorite romance title. This comes a close second to it. I love the prickly main character and the glimpses into the other characters lives from previous books. Such a perfect little town to fall in love with!

The way Sarah ate with this book and cleaned the plate. This is her BEST work yet and she’s on another level of awesome. Jack is the perfect mmc. No one compares.
