A topic very useful and absolutely well detailed and presented. I will recommend this book. The major critiscm nowadays is about the knowledge of culture, and a lot of teachers complain that people react mostly with a lack of interest. This workbook allows to spark an interest, and this is the most difficult step to achieve. All opinions are mine, thanks to Net Galley and the publisher.

As the author states, this book is a companion to any leader or team player looking to establish, build, understand or review the culture of their organization. It is well thought out with insightful tips on communication, collaboration, leadership values and identification of these values. I loved it more because it has me also thinking and looking at how I communicate at work.

The author includes many interactive experiences for teams to complete together and for the reader to complete before having larger organizational conversations. I am intrigued by the concepts in the text and plan to purchase to complete with my team.
