This book has a nice collection of craft projects related to Taylor Swift. I like the varied types of projects, as well as the addition of beginner through advanced skill level projects. I think any fan of Taylor that enjoys crocheting will find at least one project in this book that speaks to them. While I did not have a chance to test out any of the patterns yet, I would like to in the future. The patterns themselves seem to be clear and easy to read.

Thank you NetGalley for the arc read!!

This book is a must have for any crochet-loving Swiftie! the book is full with fun idea's, perfect if you are looking for a gift for a fellow Swiftie or just something for yourself. It explains clearly what you have to do and the book contains a lot more projects than i would have thought. My favoriete is the cardigan. The must have for every Swifite. I got to see an arc of it, thanks to NetGalley. Unfortunately I didn't finish my project yet but i would definitely buy this book if it won't be under the Christmas tree this year. I really want to make the all too well scarf as i missed it in the shop. This book gives me an perfect opportunity to still own it. I also love the amigurumi version of Taylor! Not all patterns are for me, but still enough for me to want to have this book.

My complaint is that it uses a lot illustrations instead of pictures of the items. I need to see what i make, so I do miss step photo's during the pattern.

I have a lot of Swiftie friends so i cannot wait to make them all a special present for their birthday!

There was lots to like in this book. It is packed full with crochet patterns which are inspired by Taylor Swift.

It is a lovely colourful book which was lovely to look at. I have found several patterns in here that I would like to make for the little Swiftie in my life.

It's a good book which has been well done and I can't wait to get my hook out.

For Swifties who have some crochet know-how, this is a fun and thoughtful gift.

Most of the patterns look amazing. They range from super easy headbands to very detailed cardigans and amigurumi dolls. I made the "Red" Roses Rug for my 11 yo. I made it into a pillow cover instead of a rug. The pattern was clever and easy to follow as I am an avid crocheter. A newbie might struggle.

There are one or two lame patterns. The baby blanket, for example.

If my daughter wanted to crochet, I would definitely buy this for her.

As a crochet fan, and mother in law of a Swift fan I was pleased to be granted this book. I get the hype, and this book was a genius creation. Whilst I have some reservations about its suitability for newbie crocheters, it is a good book with some fun makes.

Loved this book! It’s filled with adorable and unique projects inspired by her songs, albums, and iconic moments. As a beginner, I found many of the projects achievable and easy to read. I'm excited to get some yarn and start some more projects. A must-have for any swiftie who loves to crochet!

When I first got this book, I thought about showing it to my mom and asking her to make something for me. She’s so talented, and I love everything she makes, so it seemed like a good idea. However, after seeing how well the author explains everything, I’m now inspired to FINALLY learn how to crochet for myself.

I can’t even say I’m a beginner since I haven’t started yet! LOL But I really want to thank this book for introducing me to so many beautiful projects that I can’t wait to try. It includes great instructions for stitches and crochet techniques that are super helpful. The author even teaches us how to insert zippers! Each project comes with detailed patterns, layout diagrams, and the inspiration behind each one.

You can learn how to make: a red rose rug, lover pillow, never grow up baby blanket, love story wedding shawl, echanted graphgan, lavander haze halter top, back to december hooded cowl, evermore taylor doll, cardigan sweater, marjorie granny square blanket, all too well scarf, shake it off beanie, 22 knee-high socks, you belong with me friendship bracelet pillow, Karma Cat bag, style newsboy cap, wildest dreams cardigan, blank space journal cover, reputation taylor doll, bejeweled headband, and fearless fingerless gloves.

Thanks to Quarry Books for the ARC!

I previewed this to get an idea if it would appeal to teen beginning crocheters. It’s colorful and trendy, and the look of many of the garment projects appealed to me, regardless that I’m not that familiar with Taylor Swift songs. I learned that some of the projects are designed for quite experienced crochet enthusiasts, so I guess it’s up to the individual to decide if this would be a useful and enjoyable project book for them.

I was excited to read this book and try out some of the patterns, but this book was a disappointment.

The images in this book did a horrible job representing the crocheted items that the patterns were for. I know that they were going for a specific vibe with the illustrated girls, but when you’re going to take the time to crochet an item of clothing, you need to see what it’s actually going to look like on a real person. I wanted to see the cardigans, the halter top, the hood, the shawl all on a real person. I needed to see how they hung and what I could anticipate my creation looking like, if I decided to attempt crocheting it.

The blankets weren’t spread out evenly for the pictures. The picture of the granny square blanket, in particular, looked horrible. I would never make that pattern just because the picture was so awful.

The graphs needed for several of the projects were way too small to be usable. There was a QR code to scan that gave you access to the graphs on your phone. You could zoom in, but they just felt hard to use and difficult to follow. Plus, when I have a book with a pattern in it, I expect to be able to use the pattern in the book and not have to go off somewhere else to make the pattern usable.

The Reputation doll was pretty cool looking.

I made the headband and it turned out pretty cute. After I got used to the pattern writer’s style, the pattern was easy to follow. There was a small mistake in the numbering of the rows (it has rows 1-3, then row 4, then rows 3-16, instead of rows 5-16), but other than that, the pattern seemed correct. I did 24 rows for the even section because it was looking kind of small. When I put the headband on, it immediately starts to slide off. That always happens to me with this type of headband. I guess I’ll have to use hairpins to keep it in.

In the end, this is not a book that I would recommend.

Thank you to Netgalley, Quarry Books, and Lee Sartori for providing me with a copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

One of my favourite women and one of my favourite crochet designers, all in one book.

Lee is a fantastic designer, and I have admired her designs for years, She creates designs that are fun, adorable, functional, wearable and a joy to create.

Beautiful series of crochet designs inspired by Taylor Swift, so lots of hearts, beautiful garments and accessories as well as some home decor, and a gorgeous Taylor doll. The patterns are for two levels - easy and experienced, so there will be something for every skill set, and there is a Skill Level graphic on each pattern that goes from 1 to 4 so you will know if it’s a good fit for your experience.

The first thing I want to make, and believe me it was difficult to narrow it down to one, is the ‘Lover’ Pillow. It’s a gorgeous design and very eye catching, although the ‘Karma’ Cat Bag is also calling to me.

The patterns are well written and very detailed. Each one has all the information you will need to crochet every design.

I also love that throughout the book there are little quotes from Taylor.

If you are a Taylor Swift loving crocheter then you need to add this book to your collection.
