This book kicks off with Margot receiving devastating news, but instead of leaning on her loved ones, she chooses to keep it a secret. As her friends and family notice something's off, they dig deeper, revealing the truth. The fast pace felt rushed for my taste, which detracted from the emotional depth. Through Marrgit's battle with breast cancer, this book reiterated the fact that life unexpectedly takes turns in a way such that the emotion most felt is pure gratitude to live. How important it is to be truly thankful for her health and that true wealth doesn't lie in the success of her scouting company but rather in true love. She surrounded herself with her daughter Callie and best friend Susie who were there to ensure she had proper nutrition and enabled herself to heal and not worry about anything beyond her recovery. The ending is so positive as Margot walks down the aisle to the true love of her life, Vaughnn. In him she found her strongest supporter and best friend. Once she rang that bell with Jenny, Margot didn't want to waste one more minute of not pursuing her dreams with him by her side. This is truly a heartwarming and motivational book.
