Recipes look yummy. Lots of pictures for the novice Indian food maker. Great index in the front of ingredients the American cook may be unfamiliar with. I like the explanation of the dish after the ingredient list
Can't wait to try a few recipes, especially in the winter with these savory spices warming my house all day.
