Youssef uses the epistle of James is to outline Christian wisdom and practices on a range of issues including poverty, temptation, hearing and obeying the Word of God, friendships, patience and suffering.

While there are elements of the book which are useful, however I found nothing new than what is already in the scriptures and other books.
