Hard to say how I feel about this one. It wasn't a bad book per say but I just felt rather "meh" about it for a long while and it wasn't really until we got to the end that it started to pick up for me... I mean, Havoc was great but aside from that? No real strong feelings either way

Thank You for the opportunity to review this book. Sorry, I attempted to read this book. However, I couldn't get in to it. So, I was unable to finish reading and reviewing it.

I have now read this as a novel and listened as an audiobook.

Story thoughts-I really liked this. Reminds me a LOT of Harry Potter though. Maybe a bit too much. I can so see this as a fanfic. From the school, to to Cal (just a different type of special) to three friends (with the female as the more knowledgeable one and even personalities are alike), etc. Although I feel this one starts off a bit darker. Which I actually liked. I really like the elementals and want to learn more about them and Chaos magic.

Audio version was alright but I like my own 'voices' better. Still not bad since I am not a fan of audio. Still I HATE how Cal's name is apparently pronounced. I said it different in my head so I cringed a bit when I heard it.

Fun story!
Bought myself a physical copy and one for my niece too already!
