I found this book to be very helpful. I was very curious to know how this book could help me, I feel like I do have a little bit of relationship anxiety. I wanted to just find a resource that could help me. This book includes case studies that are used as examples, which I thought they were great in helping me as the reader understand how it can relate to me. I did finish book feeling like I have so much information now and I can’t wait to start putting in to practice so that I can become a better person.
I definitely recommend this for everyone to try. It never hurts to read this.

This a really helpful and easy to read and understand book. I love that the author included case studies and exercises in every chapter, what helps comprehend each topic and reflect about them. I highly recommend it whether you struggle with anxiety or just want to have healthy relationships!
Overcoming Relationship Anxiety explains what relationship anxiety is and how to recognize it in your own relationship. Addresses what causes it and steps to take to lessen its effects. Courtney Pare the authors uses somatic techniques to help overcome anxiety and keep it from affecting your relationships in love.
This is a must read for anyone who self sabotages their love life or tests the bonds of those they love. Have you been called needy or dramatic? This book can really help you if you have ever asked, “Is it me?”
Written in a way that is really easy to digest and implement.
This is one of the most helpful books that I have read about relationship anxiety. As someone who suffers from a huge amount of anxiety surrounding their relationships, this book is the first one that I feel genuinely understands what I thinking and feeling, and was actually useful. I read it as a ebook review but I will be buying my own hard copy because I want to annotate and highlight really helpful bits. Highly recommended.
