I am a huge fan of biblical fiction and this was a great addition to the genre. I enjoyed the author's writing style. While the book was a little slow going it was an enjoyable read.

I am a huge fan of fiction set in ancient times, and I always enjoy biblical fiction. I think Tessa Afshar is a wonderful writer, and she really knows her stuff. I did find this story a little slow, but overall it was good and had a wonderful message. For readers who do not like "religion" mixed with fiction, I would say this book does a very good job at not preaching, but showing the meaning of 'grace'.

Good one - I'd love to read more like this soon! I enjoyed the writing - it was a different style than normal.
