I love when a book keeps you guessing until the very end! At some point, almost everyone becomes a suspect in this thrilling, suspenseful missing girls story. I highly recommend reading this book. I listed to the audiobook and the narrator is perfect!

4.5 stars. I loved the past pov, current pov, podcast clips, etc. it really made you feel like you were getting a full view of the story from all sides. The ending was so unexpected but definitely not disappointing. Great read.

My favorite Katherine Greene so far! This was TWISTED! The full cast audio narration helped!
Almost 25 years ago Lindsey’s big sister Jessica went missing and it set in motion a change so fundamental in her life. At six the time of her disappearance, she has spent her whole life searching for answers. When bodies begin to be uncovered in the lake, Lindsey needs to find the truth more than ever.
In the late 90s, Jessica is in college, finding herself in a tailspin as her life is beginning to crumble. We get a great dual timeline from both sisters, as well as interspersed podcast segments throughout, working on uncovering the truth as well.
This went deeper than I was expecting. I really enjoyed the timelines and the tenacity in which Lindsey seeks the truth. This was fabulous!

True crime junky here to share my thoughts on The Lake of Lost Girls by Katherine Greene. I chose to listen to the audiobook and there was a huge cast of narrators. Helen Laser, Frankie Corzo, Sara Young, Haley Taylor and David Bendena. They did a great job and I recommend listening to this.
This novel was crazy! A body in the lake?? What happened to Jessica?? The podcasters drew me in and the POV’s of before and after made it me finish it. I couldn’t put it down. It was well done, creepy and engaging. The twists and turns were many and they were good. The only problem I had was the men. Did every one of them have to be so…. you know?? Well, did they?? And I didn’t expect that ending! Wow! 4⭐️
