I couldn’t read this book. The Kindle file is only part of the book (chapter 1) and the NetGalley app is asking for a my NetGalley login, but it’s not working. I’ve never had issues like this on NetGalley. I’m pretty bummed, from the teasers in the book, the recipes looked good!

I was disappointed with the ARC that was given for this book. It is only 35 pages and offers no recipes to test out. It is only the introduction and leading chapters before recipes come in that go into detail about sleep patterns and food. I cannot accurately review a cookbook that I haven't even gotten to try recipes from. This was disappointing and I'm not sure I will even pick the book up from this experience alone.

I received an ARC sample of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

It's hard to get a good read on this book because only a sample was provided. But the information that was there seemed like it had good information in it.

I think this was maybe just an excerpt...a bit of science behind eating combinations of foods. Unfortunately no recipes, so it's a bit difficult to evaluate this book. I guess it's intended to just give you a taste (no pun intended!).

Eat Better, Sleep Better is a cookbook focused on recipes to help you eat and sleep better. The cookbook begins with an introduction and an in-depth explanation of how food can solve sleep problems. However, this ARC is only a sample of the first 35 pages, therefore, I cannot comment on the 28-day meal plan or the actual recipes.

Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC of Eat Better, Sleep Better.

I was eager to read this and excited my request was approved but imagine my disappointed when I discovered the ARC is just a preview, about 20 pages.

The brief introduction includes the bio and credentials of the authors and outlines how eating healthfully influences our sleep and the kinds of sleep we need to feel rested and at our cognitive best.

The ARC ends right before the recipes begin.
