Anna Breznik is an eight year old vampire but don’t consider themselves vampires. They have an autoimmune disease that makes them heal faster, they don’t age, don’t eat but must drink blood from a live source. Anna and her nephew’s assistant are kidnapped by a crazy Homeland Security agent. He knows about her and wants to use her. The agent wants an interrogator and gets Evander Gunn. Evan is Army Intelligence and when he sees Anna, he knows who she is. Evan helps Anna and Brian escape but the Homeland agent isn’t going to let them go so easily.
I loved this book. A little funny. Vampires. Action. A vampire and a human are wildly attracted to each other but first they must stay alive. A little sexy.
