I absolutely loved everything about this book and, one again, the cliffhanger just killed me! This book should be read after the first book so you understand the back-story. It is meant to be read this way.

This book continues Diana’s journey of growth, learning to live as a newly separated woman, struggling to watch her soon to be ex-husband date other people. In walks Jasper, the one who got away, who she runs into while on a work trip/vacation in Paris. While in Paris, she gets the break she needs to remember who she is and go back to the woman she wants to be and then goes back home to see if that person live a life in small town Dallas.

In this book, Diana faces some fears, although she still has some big ones to tackle. She and Oliver talk through what tore them apart in marriage counseling which hurts and heals. She also continues on her road to create her Dirty Diana website which she is still debating if it is a good idea.

I find all of the characters to be both amazing and infuriating at the same time, especially the male characters. Maybe that is how the authors wanted the reader to feel. Are men always afraid of commitment? Are couples afraid to tell the truth to each other in fear of hurting the other and dealing with the aftermath? The answer, more often than not, is probably yet.

I would LOVE an ARC for the last book in the series!!! Can’t wait for it to come out!

I was excited to get the opportunity to read this 2nd book after the 1st book cliffhanger left me reeling. However, we have yet another one and it’s just not my cup of tea. I would much rather one longer story with a HEA, just personal preference!

Diana in Love picks up right where Dirty Diana left off. Oliver and Diana have officially decided to separate, and the story dives into the emotional aftermath of their split. Much like the first book, this exploration of their unraveling is raw and somber, yet beautifully written.

This time, however, we’re swept away to Paris, where Jasper reenters Diana’s life. Their chemistry is undeniable as Diana finds herself falling for him all over again. But when Jasper declares he’s ready to make it real and commit, Diana hesitates, haunted by echoes of their past.

Diana in Love delivers everything I hoped for: steamy and sensual moments, a deeper dive into Diana’s journey of self-discovery through her art, and a poignant exploration of love that isn’t as everlasting as we once believed. It’s an emotional and captivating continuation of Diana’s story, and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

i love these characters and this world sm, this is the closest book to giving me that netflix drama fix and i need the next book yesterday! i genuinely recommend for quick and unputdownable brain candy books

I thoroughly enjoyed this sequel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️. I appreciate how nuanced and messy Diana’s situation is. No one is perfect in this book, but no one is a villain, either.

what a fun series! book two, diana in love, focused heavily on diana’s relationship with her (still) husband, oliver. lots of honesty through therapy sessions together. jasper remains a variable but they’re back to their on again/off again “see you when it’s convenient” status.
i can’t wait to see where the dirty diana project goes and how much involvement petra will have.
these books hook you and i can’t wait to read the third!

While I devoured this book in a day, it left me so unsatisfied. Why? Because it feels like Diana is even more at odds than she was in the first book? Did she really do all of this to get back with her husband? Idk!! And now I have to wait for book 3.

Diana in love completely swept me away. Diana’s rediscovery of herself, her passions, desires, and a long-lost spark, was written so deeply and emotionally. The author’s writing style makes every scene come alive, particularly when Diana reconnects with Jasper in Paris. You can feel the tension, the heartache, and the freedom all at once. What I loved most was how real Diana’s journey felt, struggling with her past while embracing who she’s becoming. This book is about reclaiming who you are, and that was one of the reasons it resonated with me in ways I didn’t expect. I can’t wait for the next book already.

The cliffhanger!!!! This book has such depth and emotional and is just so authentic! I can’t even choose between Oliver or Jasper but the true star of the story is Diana. It’s just a raw representation of heartache, friendships, life decisions and romance. Can’t wait until June!!!!!!

The first book in this series was a 5 star read for me, and probably one of my favorite books I read last year. I was thrilled to be approved for the second book. I have to be honest. I did not love this as much as I did book 1. I still loved reading about Diana and Jasper. I also loved reading about the conflict within Diana over her pending divorce and feelings for her soon to be ex-husband. The ending of this book was amazing. I loved it. I think I just got bored with the trip that Diana took with L'Wren and Alicia in Paris. We needed more Jasper in Paris. The love scenes were very well done, as they were in the first book. Diana is just such a well written character, and I think many middle aged women like myself can relate to her so well. I kinda of want to pull her out of the novel and have lunch with her, and talk about real life. I enjoyed this! 3.5 stars, sadly not a 5 this time.

Sometimes a sequel doesn’t live up to expectations when the first installment sets the bar so high. Not in this case!! Second book had the same magic as the first and I cannot wait for book number three. Going to start listening to the podcast now!

It is rare and thrilling when a second book in a series outshines the first. Such was the case with Diana In Love. I especially enjoyed the collision of past and present lives, not just with Jasper but with Alicia playing a more prominent role in this part of Diana’s journey. The disorientation of melding who you were with who you are was captured artfully, especially in the Paris chapters. As for the men in her life, this book was even more titillating and FRUSTRATING as the first, but in the best way. And that last sentence of that last chapter…I am dying for Diana Says Yes!

Diana in Love is the second book in the Dirty Diana series. While Diana in Love lacks some of the suspense of the first book, it makes up for it in smoldering intensity, lust, and, yes, love. Diana is still torn between her loyal and steadfast (but slightly boring!) husband Oliver, (although they are in the process of getting a divorce) and "the one that got away," her long lost love Jasper. When Diana travels to Paris with her two best girlfriends it turns into a romantic reunion with Jasper. And where else but the city of light could Jasper and Diana reconnect in such a passionate way? But when Diana returns home to her responsibilities as a mom and soon to be ex-wife, the possibility of a future with Jasper seems light years away. And Diana is still hiding her dirty secret-she is the voice behind a podcast that explores women's deepest fantasies and desires. Diana in Love doesn't take sides into who she should end up with (after all, there is still a book three!), but Oliver has a new girlfriend and his long buried libido has returned in a way that has Diana reexamining her choices. Diana in Love is a feisty and fun book filled with graphic and pulse pounding sex-sometimes that's exactly what's needed to examine your own loves and life.

A great second book about Diana! I liked this one just as much as the first. It was refreshing and entertaining. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.

Oh My GODDDDDD!! where do I begin? The love I have for this book/this series!!. I can't believe I need to wait until June 2025 for book 3....Thank you @netgalley for gifting me both Arc's. I went in to book #1 ( Dirty Diana) in a bit of a reading funk.. although I've read some great books lately, It was taking me days and days to get through them. It's been a long time since story and the characters had me in a choke hold that I couldn't put the book down. I read both books in one and a half days! The rollercoaster of emotions I felt from the main Character was so real and relatable. The authors did a spectacular job with the storyline and character development. the writing is sharp, real and convincing. I had to remind myself I was reading fiction!!!! I hope I am gifted an arc of book #3

This book was just OK to me. It was a little bit too much of a romance book for my liking, and it had too much unrealistic scenarios going on. It was making it seem too far fetched and I didn’t like it

An enthralling sequel! It was fun to read about Diana’s adventures in Paris with her friends and to follow along as she figures out her feelings for Jasper and for Oliver. There is a good mix of storylines involving Diana’s love life, her friendships, and her professional life and aspirations. Can’t wait to read the next one!

Loved book 2 in this series and continued to fly through the pages as Diana’s story unfolded! This spicy read continues to reminded me of the Netflix series Sex/Life, with the spice level, and also the love triangle between past lover and the marriage-on-the-rocks husband. Each cliffhanger ending makes you crave the next subsequent book. Can’t wait for Part 3!! Hoping to win an ARC of it ASAP. Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity!!
